This beautiful and spacious apartment is its own floor in a newly-renovated 1890 Victorian. Conveniently located between Allentown and Elmwood Village, this neighborhood is vibrant, young, and central to all of Buffalo's top attractions.
The house you'll be staying in was built in 1891, and is situated across from the former site of the William Fargo mansion. Fargo, founder of the Wells Fargo Stagecoach Company, was the Mayor of Buffalo during one of the city's most prosperous periods, and at the time this home was built, the owners would have looked onto the mansion's expansive grounds from the porch.
There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other has a queen bed.

The flat was perfect for us. The layout contributes to a very spacious feel. It has a separate and very functional kitchen which made me wish they still built apartments like this. The tv room is a real bonus and has a very cozy feel. The beds were a great size, very comfortable and the bed linen was nicer than the usual at vacation rentals. We appreciated being so close to Kleinhans Music Hall and we enjoyed treats in the Butter bar and Five points which were not far away. Check in and communication was very smooth
If you want to really experience Buffalo, stay here! The photos of this apartment doesn't do it justice. Its a beautifully appointed flat with all the comfort and conveniences to make a perfect getaway. Buffalo hs a vibrant cultural scene, much of which is walkable from this place. Check out the live music at Nietzsche's, a performanc at Shea's, vintage shopping on Allen St, and dinner at any number of restaurants that are an easy walk away. We will be back...
Excellent place! It was a great stay. I do wish there was already coffee because someone left an have opened bag but that was the only issue which wasn’t a big deal at all. Host was great, great spot and close to everything, would go back!
The apartment was perfect for our stay in Buffalo. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. The space was perfect for four adults to relax in. It was very convenient for both Niagara Falls and the Bills stadium. The architecture and furnishings were gorgeous, very Buffalo:). Also, the street parking was easy!
Great accommodations, especially the kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were in close proximity to the Custard Corner (excellent ice cream stand).
Close to everything. Very quaint and beautiful. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. No complaints at all. Not thing I would change would to put a television in the master bedroom.
Stylish & very clean. Smart house with the lights took a little to get used to but loved the motion sensor lighting when you walked into the space. TV room in the back was cozy and got great sleep in comfortable beds.
clean beautiful place, easy to access and close to everything you would need, patrick is a great host and will answer any questions promptly. thanks for a great stay!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
The neighbors upstairs were awful. Played music at levels so loud we couldn’t even hear the tv in our room. Baby crying all night and they were screaming and fighting all night. Horrible stay. We ended up leaving because it was so bad and landlord refused to take any responsibility even after I sent a video with the music playing loudly. Neighborhood is much more rough than was portrayed but this unit was relatively clean. That’s the best thing I can say. I would never stay in one of their properties again.
While there were so many dining/bar experiences we looked forward to, some of our favorite memories to take from this space were made on the porch! Thank you for maintaining the home so beautifully, Patrick! Before heading home, we were already talking about making our way back and hopefully will be able to snag this home again. Plenty of walkable restaurants, bars, also a great book store, coffee and bakery.
This Place was more than I expected. The pictures those not do justice to this place. It is Amazing Cozy and classic. Beautiful decorate it... The piano it is a nice touch. I will highly recommended. You will not regret it.
The home was very clean and had everything you need and the location was great. Neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. The communication with Patrick was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Patrick!
