This beautiful and spacious apartment is its own floor in a newly-renovated 1890 Victorian. Conveniently located between Allentown and Elmwood Village, this neighborhood is vibrant, young, and central to all of Buffalo's top attractions.

The house you'll be staying in was built in 1891, and is situated across from the former site of the William Fargo mansion. Fargo, founder of the Wells Fargo Stagecoach Company, was the Mayor of Buffalo during one of the city's most prosperous periods, and at the time this home was built, the owners would have looked onto the mansion's expansive grounds from the porch.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other has a queen bed.

A great place in a great neighborhood!

This property was fantastic! It was spacious and had plenty of room for us. The kitchen was really nice although we ate out for our meals. We were in town for a hockey game and just to see what Buffalo had to offer. The location is very walkable to downtown and there were plenty of choices for bars and restaurants. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Let’s Go Buffalo

Stayed at this great place with my partner and friend for a 4-day Bills home game weekend trip. Partner is originally from Buffalo and wanted to stay close to Allentown. Walked and took short Uber rides. Was a good home base for a day trip to Toronto and Niagara Falls. Will stay here again!
