Hometown feel

We had a wonderful stay in this conveniently located apartment. Enjoyed a family dinner-thanks to Carlos for the toddler table!-happy hour with friends and a couple of leisurely evenings. Great kitchen, bathroom-the entire accommodation was cozy and comfortable.. We look forward to staying here again!!

Amazing host and apartment

Carlos is the most amazing host I have encountered. He is very attentive! He has thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as he can. The apartment is just as described, clean and in a great location, located within 20-30 from any major destination in Buffalo. When visiting again I will be staying here.

This place has a lot going for it. Roomy, clean and well equipped, including the kitchen. There's nothing much to walk to from this house, but a lot of Buffalo's attractions are just a couple minutes by car - Delaware Park, museums, historic home tours, etc. Also, a quick drive to Hertel Avenue, an excellent shopping and dining street. Downtown and the waterfront are 10 to 15 minutes away. Public transportation is close by. My wife and I used the Metro for trips downtown. One drawback is that the staircase to the second floor apartment is narrow, long and steep. My wife and I, both in our late 70s, did manage, but it was difficult.

Great apartment!

The apartment is a very nice renovated second floor of a classic Buffalo home style. Nicely furnished and decorated, it was stocked with some snacks and bottled water. There were a couple guide books that gave us new ideas of places to go, even though we grew up in the area. Carlos was very attentive to every need and quickly responded to my questions. I highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

absolutely loved it! my wife kept saying WOW! the setup the thoughtfulness, cleanliness. Carlos even organized the skillet for a stake (no grill).; sorry about yummmmmy steak smell - i would open windows (create a draft) but was unable to do so. took me some time to figure out wifi password (print it on piece of paper) it's catchy but unnecessarily long! even laundry was available! GREAT STAY THANK YOU

Great place! Great Host !!!

This place was perfect for our annual trip to Buffalo for a Bills game!!! Apartment was very clean and comfortable!! When I messaged Carlos to see if he had a crockpot (for our tailgating prep ) he immediately purchased one and had it delivered before we arrived ! ( even after I said I could bring mine). Had a little difficulty with the security/entrance but that was more on us !! (Not super tech savvy). . He had a back up key right there waiting for us !!! Loved all the little notes around the apartment too ! Very helpful!! Also liked that Carlos made sure we could reach out with any issues or concerns !!!! So much better than staying in a hotel !!!!

Our North Buffalo Home is centrally located to nearly everything Buffalo in a great family dominate home owners neighborhood.

We are surrounded and very walkable bike-able to Olmsted Parks, Art Galleries and museums.

Our STR receives lots of inquires and high traffic 8-10 month annually.

As one of your host I’m an Army Veteran dad and career consultant for popular local restaraunt. We also manage other Airbnbs but this unit is our favorite.

Your apt is a typical North Bflo dbl unit and the lower is occupied by myself as our primary home. Often I’m caring for property exterior and during peak season months maintaining property to top performance between bookings.

One of the many joys of hosting are unique ways to create memories and ideas. You have a guest book to log adventures and option to leave a one word memory on corks to be saved.

Take a look at our 3 Must do Bflo books and many breweries. The lower front porch is community and kept open for late night noon gazing or light the tiki torches and relax.

There is a white/ black neighborhood fat cat that been around for over 10yrs that might say hello. He has no owner, but often seen next door or wandering between homes.

Your private off street parking area is in front of Orange cone highltied with over 25+ solar lights.

Kindly communicate ahead anything reasonable to make this and great 5* stay
