Multiple problems with this place had to contact the host to have the carpets cleaned they were filthy the hot water heater was leaking water and broke have to contact host again the maintenance guy had to come and replace itthe was brown water leaking from the ceiling with a garbage bag filled with brown water on the floor when I walked in had to contact host again there was a smell of sewerage in the host had to contact the host again there were lose tiles on the hot tub that I cut my finger open the out door furniture is all tattered and destroyed The maintenance guy was there so many times throughout my stay. My family and I was inconvenienced I wish I knew I could’ve contacted Vrbo and they could’ve tried to get somewhere else to stay now I know better. This was not a vacation for me and my family I was there to spread my husband’s ashes and the host was well aware of that and not even an apology not even something for me and my family’s inconvenience. I wish I was able to show pictures and videos of what this place really looks like

Read the 10/10 ratings from everyone right before them. After 8 years. we know when people are looking for a discount before they even arrive. 1. Guest complained about dirty grills... cleaning crew was out there in 2 hours, showed us pictures... pristine condition, when they asked what they wanted clean, guest said, "just clean them again." 2. Yes, the carpets have traffic stains at entrance of bedrooms from guests with wet feet from the pool tracking dirt into bedrooms, but the carpets are steam cleaned frequently. Guest demanded a steam cleaning, which we did within hours,. then complained to VRBO that the carpet was damp and unusable, and wanted a refund from unusable bedrooms! 3. Guests had severe reaction to No-see-um bites... prevalent all over SW Florida, and we warn to take precaution and use spray! Told our handyman the doctor said they were no-see-um's but then LIED to VRBO and said it was bed-bugs. 4. Complained about rainwater in the yard! Sent pictures of the roof shingles that apparently bothered them. 5. Since the group before them did not mention broken pavers at the pool or a chunk out of the bar, we have to assume they broke them. 6. The reality is, the only inconvenience was a leaky water heater, completely beyond our control. 7. Our ratings speak to the fact that we will accommodate a reasonable discount, but when they decided to go right to VRBO with outright lies. and ridiculous complaints like water in the yard, and grills already clean... they lost any goodwill with us. We will stand by our exceptional rating

This house is fabulous for large families. Immaculate property with every amenity you could ask for. The owners were extremely easy to deal with and very attentive to the small details. The large pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing and the outdoor patios with large TVs Are perfect for viewing football games.

The Whole Family Vacation spot

Spacious home with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and areas for conversations Also a large kitchen and table for that whole family meal that means so much. Location to Anna Marie island and beaches was definitely a plus!

Great home for large family and kids!

We enjoyed our time in this home! A big bonus was the 3 sets of washers and dryers. Located in a convenient area and Anna Maria has some of the prettiest beaches!

Great family house

We had a great stay over during break 2023. The pool area was perfect and the house is well suited for families of all ages. Jennifer was super responsive and I would highly recommend this house.

Great Place!

We loved our stay here! The walk to the water was great and the pool and everything included in the house was amazing. We loved making large breakfasts in the mornings and then wasting the day away by the pool or at the nearby beaches. Using the provided towels and toiletries was very convenient. Would highly recommend!

Amazing trip

We booked the house for a baseball tournament at IMG academy but this changed from a baseball trip to a true vacation! This house is so well stocked! There was everything we needed to enjoy the beach, paddle board, and fish! Location was amazing, close to everything. House was super clean and well stocked and the owners responded to everything super fast. If we ever play baseball here again, we will stay here!

Tons of space, well stocked kitchen, great amenities. Owner very responsive. Only thing to note is the indoor staircase between floors is a spiral staircase, may be harder for the older folks.

Big family vacation

This was a mini family reunion. We had 13 of us ranging from teenage and 20’s grandkids to adults and grandparents. Space for everyone and tons of amenities! We had a blast! Loved the pool, hot tub, game room and all the porches!!Very clean and close to everything! Loved our stay!! The beaches were beautiful as well!

Perfect house for Large Group

This house was great. Kitchen was big enough to have everyone eat at the same time sitting down and plenty of room to cook for 17! The boys loved the games and pool. Close proximity to the beach. Overall great house!

Great spot for multiple families

We stayed at this property for a 50th Anniversary vacation for my parents. We had four different families and the space in this home was perfect. We all had our own areas of the house and didn't feel on top of each other. Large bedrooms, lots of beds, and tons of seating! The kids LOVED the pool and all the games. A quick 15-minute drive over to Anna Maria Island to the beach was perfect. Would recommend!
