Updated 4BR/Furnished, Yarmouth Home w/ Deck, Heated Pool & Hot tub

Recently updated, this modern three-story, 4BR/3.5bath sleeps up to 10 people. Home features an expansive back yard with private heated pool (open from May 21st through September 24th), hot tub, grilling area, deck overlooking the pool, walkout lower level and much more. Enjoy a location that puts you close to wonderful cape beaches, shops and eateries. A great family vacation home with room for all and lots to keep everyone happy.

The outdoor space is for our guests to enjoy but please be courteous to our neighbors, the house is located in a very quite residential neighborhood. No loud music anytime and NO MUSIC outside after10pm.


MAIN FLOOR

The main floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, powder room and deck.

Home chefs will enjoy a spacious kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry, granite countertops and small breakfast nook. Kitchen is equipped with full suite of stainless-steel appliances including a double-door fridge, electric stove/oven, dishwasher as well as a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and blender. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, etc. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with a modern table and seating for 8.

The living room area has modern furniture with a flat screen tv. The living area extends outside to the private deck complete with a table, casual seating and patio heater. Enjoy dining or sipping coffee on the deck while overlooking the yard and pool. There is also a convenient half bathroom on this level.

The spacious master suite is on the main level with a queen bed and private bath. Master bedroom also includes a flat screen tv.


SECOND FLOOR

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds. The second room has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a twin daybed with trundle bed.


LOWER LEVEL

The lower level consists of two living areas, a wet bar, full bathroom, washer/dryer and access to the hot tub and backyard.

Both living areas have a Bluetooth enabled built-in surround sound system. The first living area has a flat-screen TV and seating for 6 on a sectional sofa. The sectional also sleeps two on its pull-out bed. The second living area also has a flat-screen TV with a sleeper sofa. Adjacent to this area is a full-size wet bar with 6 bar stools.


OUTDOOR SPACE

An expansive backyard features a heated pool (open during peak season), large pool side patio with a fire pit, a hot tub, Weber barbeque grill and unique wood burning stove/grill for outdoor cooking. Pool patio is furnished with full complement of pool furnishings and seating. The outdoor space is for our guests to enjoy but please be courteous to our neighbors, the house is located in a very quite residential neighborhood. No loud music anytime and NO MUSIC outside after10pm.

No pets are allowed. You can schedule additional cleaning services during the week for an additional cleaning fee.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend). As is customary with vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. These fees include $325 cleaning fee. In addition, there are MA state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length.

Beautiful Yarmouth home

Very happy with our stay. Home was accommodating for the entire family. Grandkids loved the in ground pool, lower level was perfect for additional bedroom, bathroom and all around space. Location was perfect for our trips to the beach, close to restaurants and ice cream shops. Our host was very responsive at all times. Would definitely rent again if the opportunity arises!

We loved everything about our stay here. The house was well-stocked with things we didn’t even expect, updated, comfortable, and functional. It was perfect for all ages - little kids to grandparents. The pool and outdoor area was so lovely. We loved the location - central to many beaches, stores, and restaurants. The property managers were extremely responsive and accessible whenever we needed to reach out. Would for sure return and recommend this home to others.

Amazing vacation home!

This house has everything you could want while on vacation down the cape! Close to everything, stores, restaurants, and less than 10 minutes to the best beaches on the cape. The house itself is spacious enough for everyone to have their own space and was very well kept. The backyard is amazing. There was plenty of room for the kids to play. The firepit, grill, and jacuzzi were all awesome. Obviously the star of the show is the pool! It kept the kids busy for hours each day. Overall, great house and would absolutely stay again!

Superb stay!

The house was amazing, the host was always available to answer questions. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation, everything was well thought out. The beds were super comfortable and the primary suite has great storage space, TV and a modern bathroom. The rear outdoor area was beautiful a heated pool, hot tub and lots of patio space and poolside seating, plus a grill and fire pit. The lower level was a super bonus with 2 media areas with comfy seating and a bar with sink & wine fridge. There's also a full bathroom on the lower level so convenient after the pool. The location is convenient to so many beaches. We had a wonderful time and would love to return!!!

Perfect Family Thanksgiving Reunion on the Cape

This house was absolutely perfect for our family Thanksgiving gathering. 9 adults from AZ, OR, WA and MA for Thanksgiving weekend. The house has been perfectly remodeled, providing several gathering spaces for family to be all together or spend time in smaller groups. Beautiful remodelled large bathrooms made sharing easy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking pans and utensils we needed. The large dining table accommodated us easily. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, especially exploring on morning walks. Quick access to beaches and grocery shopping. Great television options for our mix of FIFA World Cup games and the start of holiday season movie streaming. We had cold and blustery weather, and so we did not enjoy the beautiful yard. The yard would be perfect for enjoying summer or early fall weather. Large, open and beautiful and well arranged for outdoor family fun. Check in was seamless and communication with host was prompt for all questions. The house was spotlessly clean,though we had some mixups on bedding and towels provided for the number of guests. We worked through everything seamlessly to have a wonderful stay....like being at home. Honestly, the stay made us want to buy this house.

Great stay!

We had a seamless and comfortable experience here. The communication was excellent. The house is beautiful, clean, updated, cosy and spacious for our 5 adults. We didn't get to enjoy the amazing amenities in the back yard on this trip - pool, hot tub, fire pit, deck, etc. - because of our busy schedule and the cooler weather here this week, but would love to come back when its warm and partake! This place is a gem... book it! :-)

Amazing amenities and location!

This property was absolutely beautiful. We felt like we had our own little resort with the pool, hot tub, gameroom bar and TVs. The dining room table was great, as it allowed us to all eat our meals together. The other furniture and decor was beautiful. With our group it was wonderful to have all the bathrooms available for showers before heading out to explore. Speaking of exploring, we were in a very convenient location! The grocery store was right down the road, Hyannis was a 15 minute drive to catch the Nantucket Ferry, Mayflower beach was 15 minutes away as well as the Bass River. We could not have been happier. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect rental for family vacation

Everything about our stay was flawless. The hosts are very communicative, the property is located in a very central location making exploring the Cape easy and the house is immaculate. The yard provides plenty of space for kids to run around and adults to relax. The pool is gorgeous, spacious and heated. The home has room for the whole family, including multiple TVs, games and a pool table. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, this property would get them!

Family getaway

This home was absolutely amazing! It was so spacious and beautiful. The yard was huge with all of the amenities to have a wonderful time enjoying the pool and the lovely Cape weather. The location is perfect- easy to get to from the highway but also close to Mayflower beach (our favorite) as well as delicious restaurants. The finished basement was great for the kids to play and sleep and for the entire family to watch a movie. The house and the property had absolutely everything one might want.

This was one of the best rental properties we’ve stayed at. We were four adults, four kids under 7, and there was plenty of space to spread out and have fun. The house was well appointed, clean, and modern, and the backyard is a paradise. It is centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood. Owners were terrific about communication. After a bad rental ruined our two family trip last summer we were super nervous, but this place was fantastic and we’d happily return!

The property was amazing and everyone loved it! We were a group of 7 women, there was more than enough room to fit all of us and our things comfortably. The house was decorated so nice and fully equipped with everything you might need. This house is probably even more amazing in the summer because it has the pool and outdoor grill, but we were beyond happy enjoying the hot tub and the deck! Good location, close to everything. I would definitely recommend to anyone especially if you have a large party. Thanks for hosting us!

This property is beautifully appointed with plenty of space for almost any size group (we had 7 people). Many choices for sleeping, gathering and activities. We had a great stay!

The house in Yarmouth Port lived up to our expectations. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. The kids had so much fun in the pool and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood, and you are 5 minutes from a stop and shop and 10-15 minutes from many destinations like beaches, restaqurants, and a good coffee shops.

Beautiful property and cannot wait to be back!

This is a beautiful home full of amenities one would need when travelling with the kids/groups. Firstly the pool, it is one of the best pools, well maintained, the owners left pool toys so the kids had a blast. The hot tub, firepit are just wonderful to hang out. The house is aesthetically done with nice cape decor. The kitchen is well equipped, they have a nice hang out area in the basement too if the adults want to hang out in the evening past bed-time. The pictures on the posting are all true! I know Yarmouth may not be a happening town but it still close to Chatham, Dennis and Hyannis and was an easy drive to get there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
