in the heart of mont st clair this family villa, very comfortable, on more than 240m² ideal for being on family vacation several couples with friends with its configuration on 2 levels. large living room almost 50m² with large screen TV, wifi, dining table 14 people. terraces and sun patio or under the trees take advantage of the sunbathing pool terraces, or lazing around, or serene swimming facing the Thau lake. Separate kitchen very well arranged dishes utensils robots ovens and microwaves American refrigerator and freezer dishwasher and washing machine dryer machine. the rooms have private terraces or balconies. the large dormitory-style room with its 4 large 90 cm beds is perfect for teenagers! or cousins. it is furnished with trendy decor, despite its small charming appearance! very quiet but not isolated. walks in the nearby forest. sunrise sunset or admiration of the astra sky, bike rides, city museums. the swimming pool and its terraces are perfect for swimming and sunbathing when the others are napping or going to the market. the kitchen plus lingerie is very good Fully equipped. The view of the Etang de Thau is very beautiful, especially at sunset. The neighborhood is adorable. large garage if you have a motorbike or car plus parking inside the closed gate more than 5 easy places. bus in front of line 5 for the city to the beaches with its summer huts

Propriétaire très aimable par message (malgré que l’orthographe soit parfois digne d’un message codé), mais c’est quelque peu différent en face… nous dit que nous avons un « niveau intellectuel » trop bas dormir dans ses draps en lin… AH ! Le bonjour/au revoir et le sourire sont visiblement des options supplémentaires. Sinon chouette maison, véhicule nécessaire et pas trop gros car passage TRÈS étroit !
