About this property

Aloha from Waikiki! We are a short-term vacation rental company, we are not part of the hotel. The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. Take a short stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. A short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

Starter Kit: paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap & liquid dish soap. (once these items run out, it will be your responsibility to supply your own)
NOT PROVIDED: Housekeeping Service, replenish towels or toiletries, Condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or cooler.

PARKING: We don't provide parking. Daily "hotel valet parking" $50/day (CASH). The hotel does not accept advanced parking reservations and it is treated first come, first serve upon arrival and no guarantees as we are not affiliated (Price subject to change w/o notice). Public transportation is also very convenient.

CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, to guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure.

It was exactly what we needed, room was clean, had supplies to make breakfast, lunch, dinner if we wanted! Staff were super friendly. Easy check in process

A lovely place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a delightful spot to stay. The room was clean, bright and pretty, and had a calm, welcoming vibe. The bed is super comfy, the Netflix choices extensive and the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked.The room is quiet, with a great outlook, and no one close enough to peer into the windows! The location is good. A little outside of all the hustle and bustle of beachside Waikiki, but close enough that a walk or a short Uber ride will get you to the heart of things.Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Great location and room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked everywhere! Loved the location. The room was also pretty nice, perfect for two people. Only complaint is the terrible smell in the lobby, which you only have to endure when you’re arriving and leaving!
