Huge waterfront lake house with spacious yard & amazing views!

Enjoy relaxing with friends and family with direct access to the lake and a huge back yard for games as well as access to a large, relaxing fire pit. Perfect for kids with private walk-in lake front property starting at shallow depths so parents can sit and watch kids play without worry of passing boats. The spacious back porch/deck is equipped with a full outdoor kitchen - perfect for barbecues, birthday parties, or any other large group gatherings.

It's about 5 minutes to a Dollar General or gas station with basic groceries (i.e. milk, bacon, eggs, etc.). There is also a local liquor store, Longhorn Liquor, about 3 miles away. For access to a larger grocery store, Jasper has a Walmart & Brookshire Brothers ~18 minutes away.
Public boat ramp is ~10 minute drive away.

The house was very clean and extremely nice. If you’re looking for a rental on Sam Rayburn with a larger party, I highly recommend this place. Very pleased!!

Perfect for Kids and Adults

We had a great time at the Brookeland Property. We had four families at the house for the long weekend and were extremely comfortable and occupied. The water access was easy and very private. The outdoor area was the perfect spot to enjoy the evening and scenery. Would definitely recommend and return.

Spacious Lake House

Second year to return to this awesome Lakehouse property! We have done an annual trip out to the lake for over 30 years now. Perfect for all of our family. Well stocked and easy communication with property owner. Everything was perfect for our stay. We will definitely be booking a game for next summer

Perfect Property for Large Families

We had a mini family reunion over the long weekend and absolutely loved this house. Location is amazing on the lake with great swimming right on the beach but close to everything to reach by boat in a few minutes. Host was extremely helpful and communicative leading up to the trip and responsive to questions / flexible. We had a very large group of folks ranging from a few months to 65 years old and it worked great for all of them. Would absolutely come back to stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The view from the deck on the back of the house is absolutely gorgeous! The house was very well stocked and lots of room for a big family. The rear deck is very roomy and there is plenty enough seating area for everyone and the outside kitchen was a huge plus. Couldn’t ask for a better view of the lake. Definitely looking forward to staying here again next year!!!

A great weekend!

The house was super clean and spacious, comfy beds. The deck was delightful and provided a great time for everyone. I wish there were a few more items in the kitchen to accommodate cooking for 18 and more room for parking but overall a great place!!!
