Very affordable, clean apartment

Overall very smooth communications with owner, except AC took a considerable time to get fixed. Fast internet. Good location in Midtown, short distance from street car. Clean and very affordable. Mattress too soft for my liking.

Accurate bang for your buck

Great location as it is close to many districts. Check in instructions are inaccurate. Key was in the lockbox and correct code is given however instructions say it’s on the far right of the parking gate and it was to the left of the door. The rest of the key lock boxes were open and empty so it was slightly stressful looking for the correct key without accurate instructions. Otherwise, good value for the cost. Not many amenities but price reflects that.

Listing is misleading!

Mattress is UNSLEEPABLE, saggy, thin. Air conditioning is grossly inadequate in the bedroom. No wash cloths provided. TV difficult and small. No chest of drawers or storage area. Eleven mismatched coat hangers. Sporadic communication with host who provided some incorrect info,. The unit photographs well, but is VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Not a comfortable place to stay

The AC runs constantly no colder than 76, ice machine was not working, till i removed the frozen block of ice it started making ice, mattress on bed is not any better than sleeping on a cot. Back hurt for a week, mold growing under the bar, towel rack in bathroom was broken. Host literature lead me to believe sheets are not washed between visitors since she's concerned someone eating in the bed and leaving crumbs behind. Poor attention to detail. Shower was not the cleanest. No where to store your clothes, had to use dinning table for my luggage. This is an apartment in which subleasing is not allowed on VRBO. No email instruction accessing the apt. Over all poor experience.

Clean and welcoming

Great communication, clean, and just enough space for an individual or couple. The check-in process was very easy, and the host allowed me to drop my bags off early so I did not have to carry them around since my flight landed early in the day. Would stay here again if I am ever in town. :)

Safe for travel nurses!

I checked in late at night and I felt safe. I didn’t struggle to find parking and the place was clean and great! Only 5 mins from OU medical center!

Communication was amazing. When there was an issue, the owner immediately answered her phone, and even drove down to help us out. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Only issue was some rust on the door frame in the bathroom, and it smelled like mildew the first night. Other than that, best place I’ve stayed.

This is a great place for a single or couple. Not a ton of room but ample. Very clean, fairly well appointed (could use some towel hooks in bath). Walking distance to the OKC memorial, a powerful visit. Would recommend!

Don’t use this property owner

I booked this property and was told I’d receive check in instructions an hour before check in. I arrived in OKC 30 minutes after check in and I didn’t have the check in instructions. I called VRBO customer support for help and the property owner wouldn’t answer until an hour later. By that time, I had to find another place to stay. Since then, the property owner has been unresponsive to both me and VRBO customer support and won’t issue my refund. Don’t use this property owner!

Apartment is in a 12 unit historic apartment building with a locked entrance for safety. Full kitchen and nice sized bedroom. TV is in the bedroom. You can access the shared coin laundry room located on the NW part of the building in a separate room.
