☕☕ Welcome to The Private Plaza Midtown Stay! Thank you for being our guest. Our place is cozy, secure and has easy access to get in and out of the city. The queen bed sleeps 2 comfortably and the couch 1 in the living room. The bath is located off the bedroom and includes a tub / shower along with soap, shampoo and towels. Centrally located just blocks away from both Midtown and The Plaza District where you can pick from many activities and eateries! Much ❤ ❤

The guests can access the laundry room located on the NW part of the building in a separate room.

Entire Unit, parking, laundry and other common areas

Other things to note:
Please be respectful of other guests in the building. Also, this is an upstairs apartment, so there are stairs to climb.

The area is fine, but the place was, quite literally, falling apart - the stairs to the apartment building broke off as I stepped onto it. The door to the apartment building was open. It smelled like weed before you even stepped into the building. Once inside the apartment, I noticed a really damp smell everywhere. I found out there's black mold in the bathroom and around the AC units, which are also really loud. Parts of the dining table chairs are splintered off. VRBO support correctly identified the black mold as being hazardous enough that they offered to pay for a hotel for me instead.It's one thing if this place was reasonably priced. But for the amount of issues wrong with it, I'd rather just pay a few extra bucks to stay at a hotel. And so should you.

DO NOT USE!!!! SCAMMERS!!!

Went to our Vrbo, that we rented in July, October 2nd and there was a couple already there!!! And surprise no one would answer messages or phone calls!
