Charming Guest House Less than 1 Mile from Beach!
This 660 sq feet guest house is newly renovated to add a bedroom & kitchentte. Interior pictures will be coming soon as it's still under construction! Will be available to rent March 1st, 2021. Guest house has private driveway and is beautifully landscaped (continuing to add to and update). Interior will be decorated with beautiful beachy theme. Guests will have private grill to use as well as 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, ect. Kitchenette has microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes, cups, silverware ect. Living room has a bookcase with books, cards and games for guests to use. There is also a desk and chair and wireless internet in case guests need to get some work done while on vacation. Guest house is located 0.4 miles from a nature preserve with 8 miles of hiking trails and just 1 mile from Manasota Key Beach where shells and sharks teeth are in abundance.
