Nuovissimo,ben arredato,una camera,cucina accessoriata,lavatrice,lavapiatti,bagno con finestra,spazio esterno dove poter mangiare al fresco.La zona è ricca di servizi,quieta, a 2 chilometri dalla spiaggia.S.Fernando è una zona residenziale e turistica insieme,tranquilla e esteticamente gradevole per l'assenza di grossi condomini.Le case sono infatti colorate,tutte diverse tra loro,vi sono molti spazi verdi,bar ristoranti,supermercati,farmacie etc. Per chi ama immergersi nella cultura locale e detesta i loculi dei grossi condomini e i "non luoghi"della zona internazionale dove trovi solo boongalow e boongalow!

The apartment was spacious very clean and comfortable. Well equipped, however may need some new frying pans. Due to location by the roadway, parking lot and the garbage containers , it is noisy when windows are open. The area is very safe and charming . More than kilometer to the business but pleasure to stroll.

very sweet and comfortable apartment

The apartment is very nice for two persons, you get everything you need and also the host is very nice:) You’ve got a big bedroom, walk in wardrobe and a open and big living room. The only thing is that the neighbor upstairs can be a bit loud, but in a holiday in which you don’t stay in all day it doesn’t matters. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank u so much!

My perfect fit

I loved the stay from day1.I'm a very distractive person, but the whole team gave me patiently great support. (the owner and the local team)The description and fotos of the flat are very accurate.My day started with a mug of coffee watching pupils heading to school. I did not feel at a tourist spot at all. It was a very calm place and was able to sit the whole day in the sun.When I felt the need for a little more action, it's been a short walk to the tourist hotspots or an about 5min ride by car.If I could afford it, I would make the owner an offer to buy the place.Just for minor mentioning, I was on "workation" and had no problem at all to do my work from this "homeoffice"...San Fernando is a great place to be, all I needed was nearby... Lil' restaurants, Supermarkets and neighbours with pretty good mood.I hope I'll be returning one day

Mooi gerenoveerd appartement, alles was aanwezig.toegang tot een binnenplaats met groot gedeeld zwembad.Gelegen aan een zeer drukke weg met bijbehorend geluid en uitlaatgassen. Ramen moeten dicht blijven,dus altijd licht aan overdag.

I thank my guests for the excellent opinion expressed for the apartment which they define as finely renovated and full of every comfort. However, I can't explain the complaint about the noise, because no one has ever complained about this, and we have never noticed the traffic problem either: it is a more than quiet residential area. Maybe because their stay coincided with Carnival? It's the only explanation. However, 2 stars are not adequate, too penalizing! Feedback

Wij hebben heel erg genoten van het appartement; super comfortabel bed en alles netjes. Ideaal voor als je meer wilt dan dagelijks naar het strand. Dicht bij de snelweg.
