It is located within walking distance of the Palais des Festivals (ideal for MIPIM, Film Festival, Cannes Lions, MAPIC, ILTM, etc) and is also perfect for family vacations.
It has two bedrooms with double beds and a large living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, hotplates, refrigerator).
Living room with dining table, sofa, TV and Wi-Fi in the whole apartment.
1 bathroom with shower (at the end of the passage to a bedroom) and 1 separate toilet on the living room side.
Two portable air conditioners are available in the apartment, no fixed air conditioning.
You will be a few minutes away from restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beaches, train and bus station. Nice area, close to everything!
3rd floor without elevator.
Strictly non smoking apartment. No pets allowed.
