A peaceful home near the Cannes buzz

Very good communication with owner. Daniel the local contact was very discreet but also very helpful. This helped make this a very relaxing stay. Good allocated parking behind automatic gate gave peace of mind. House lovely and clean and well appointed.

La vraie catastrophe.Maison très sale et impossible à logerÀ l’intérieur, des mauvaises odeurs et le lit sentait au chien. Après avoir contacté Abritel et la propriétaire il voulaient rien savoir, un nettoyage à fond a été proposée par la propriétaire pour le lendemain, la seule chose qui a été faite, elle a changé les draps de lit qui avaient l’odeur de chien, ont été remplacés par du linge sale, vraiment dégoûtant. A l’intérieur partout des toiles d’arraignéesEt de saleté partout. En plus la propriétaire nous a traité de malhonnête. Nous étions obligés de prendre un huissier deJustice pour faire un état des lieux, qui a confirmé notre avis. Après de multiples appels et emails envoyés chez Abritel, rien se passe, ont nous raccroche même le téléphone.

Une vue imprenable !

Super séjour en famille. La maison est proche des commerces et le centre de Cannes facilement accessible en bus au départ de la maison. Elle est bien située à la sortie de Cannes et permet d’accéder facilement à Golfe Juan, Juan les Pins, au supermarché (à 15mn) ... Nombreuses pistes cyclables à proximité. La vue est imprenable sur les îles des Leyrens avec son fort qui s'éclaire après le coucher du soleil. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Sylvie est une hôte réactive, aux petits soins et qui reste disponible pour toutes questions. Nous espérons revenir bientôt .

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Die Fotos und die Beschreibungen des Hauses sind alle exakt zutreffend. Hervorragende Matratzen und die sehr gut regelbaren Klimaanlagen bescherten uns wunderbar erholsame Nächte. Der nächstgelegene Sandstrand "Moure Rouge" ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und hervorragend für Strandtage geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit Sylvie und Daniel war immer sehr angenehm. Ein Tipp fürs Parken auf dem zum Haus gehörenden Parkplatz: ganz nah an der Wand parken, die Tauben auf den Stromleitungen sind sehr treffsicher...

Un séjour très agréable avec vue sur la mer

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette maison avec tout le confort nécessaire et une vue sur la mer très réjouissante. Un gioiello alle porte della Croisette..........

Sono stata ad agosto con la mia famiglia composta da me, mio marito, ma figlia di 16 anni e la nostra piccola Dafne, un bassotto di 5 anni, che ha gradito moltissimo il giardinetto della casa. La casa è dotata di tutto, molto ben organizzata. La vista dalla veranda della porta principale è ottima e molto gradevole la mattina, quando si allestiscono i tavolinetti ripieghevoli per la colazione.(non vi nego che ci abbiamo anche cenato) La casa è vicino a tutto quello che serve: supermercato, negozi, divertimento. Si trova alle porte di Cannes, proprio a pochi metri di distanza dalla fascinosa e luminosa Croisette....... Noi siamo stati molto bene, raccomandiamo la casa agli amanti del relax, ma anche a chi cerca la vita di spiaggia o la vita notturna. Ci ha accolto un collaboratore della proprietaria: Jean Piere, e devo dire è molto gentile. Silvye è una padrona di casa molto premurosa. E' stata una bellissima vacanza. Grazie.

Perfekte Woche in Cannes

Danke für die tolle Woche in Cannes. Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen eindeutig übertroffen. Die Lage ist phantastisch mit Blick auf die Bucht und die gegenüberliegende Insel mit Festung (abends beleuchtet, super schön) und die Yachten. Haben gefühlt die Hälfte der Zeit auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus verbracht und den Ausblick genossen. Der Garten beim Haus ist schön ruhig und mit Sonnenliegen etc. konnte man dort unabhängig vom Strand die Sonne genießen. Das Haus selber ist sehr gepflegt und wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet. Sandwich-Maker, Rührgerät, Mixer, neue Pfannen und Töpfe, jede Menge Teller und Besteck ... wir haben zu keinem Zeitpunkt etwas vermisst. Angenehm ist auch die Klimatisierung der einzelnen Räume, die unabhängig gesteuert werden kann. Wir waren mit einem Hund da, der definitiv vom Garten profitiert hat, wenn er mal etwas schnuppern gehen wollte. An- und Abreise waren völlig problemlos und wir wurden auch von den Nachbarn sehr freundlich behandelt, so dass man nicht das Gefühl hatte, ein störender Tourist zu sein. Der schöne Strand mit bewachtem Badebereich ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, mit dem Auto kann man aber auch 2min Fußweg entfernt kostenlos parken. Bei einem früheren Kommentar wurde der Lärm erwähnt, der von der Straße zum Haus hochkommt. Ehrlich gesagt haben wir zwar ab und zu mal einen getunten Sportwagen gehört, ansonsten aber halt nur ganz normale Stadtgeräusche. Ist halt ein Haus in Cannes und nicht auf dem platten Land. Insgesamt können wir nur sagen, dass ein Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus von Sylvie absolut empfehlenswert ist und wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Cannes dort auf jeden Fall wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen werden.

Relaxation assured in this Lovely open plan house with air-conditioning in a gated private community

We enjoyed a fabulous stay in one of the hottest weeks of the year, but were never uncomfortable thanks the air-conditioning. The house is walking distance to several beaches and close enough to walk into Cannes (20 minutes). The house is well decorated and modern with all the facilities necessary for self-catering. There is a small but useable terrace for breakfast and a small garden with chairs and a table. The garden is in need of a little bit of tidying up . Location is great, near enough to Cannes to feel part of it and to access everything but not so busy and offers some peace and quiet. This is only spoiled from time to time by the proximity to the road which is used occasionally as a super car racetrack by the wealthy locals - but not a major issue and would not stop us from highly recommending a stay here.

Schöner Blick aufs Meer

Inmitten vom lebhaften Cannes eine kleine Oase mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Beim frühstücken schauten wir immer aufs Meer und beobachteten die Jachten, Segler, Standup Paddler usw..Natürlich hört man den Verkehr von der Straße ein paar Häuser darunter aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu Fuß haben wir 20 min zur Croisette benötigt, manchmal nahmen wir auch den Bus, der nur 1 50€ pro Person kostete.(auch bis Nizza, nur 1,50) Die Busfahrt war bei dem Verkehr sehr entspannt.

Excellent lieu de séjour. Maison très confortable avec beaucoup de charme, très bien équipée , parfaitement entretenue. Proche des commerces, des plages avec facilité de stationnement gratuit ce qui est très appréciable. Toutes les indications fournies étaient très complètes et correspondaient exactement à la réalité . Nous reviendrons l'an prochain et recommanderons sans hésiter cette location.

Wunderbare Lage mit tollem Blick, sehr nette Vermieterin

Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen (einkaufen, Bäcker, Strand). Das Haus liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage ohne Siedlungscharakter. Süßer Garten. Das Einzige, was dem Haus fehlt ist eine kleine Terrasse, wo man den Blick auf die Bucht genießen kann. Wenn man im Garten sitzt, dann ist dieser Blick verbaut. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin und Daniel war sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Trotz Hanglage ist der Straßenlärm von unten doch überraschend deutlich zu hören. Da es sich um die Hauptzufahrtsstrasse aus Richtung Antibes handelt, ist es niemals leise. Die Fenster sind aber gut schallisoliert und das Haus mit zwei Klimaanlagen versorgt. Das hat uns also nicht sehr gestört. Alles in allem ein fast perfektes kleines süßes Haus. Hätte es eine Terrasse/Sitzgelegenheit zu Bucht hin gegeben würde ich 5 Sterne vergeben.

Besser geht nicht

Der Urlaub war wirklich traumhaft. Die Gegend ist schön, die Lage des Hauses aussergewöhnlich. Guter Blick auf das Meer, sehr gepflegt, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird (Teller, Besteck vollkommen ausreichend, tolle Klimatisierung, netter Garten...). Auto stand sicher im Innenhof, stabiles Internet, Strand gut erreichbar und auch zum Supermarkt und Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Daniel war pünktlich zu Übergabe des Hauses dort und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, man fühlte sich vom ersten Tag an erholt. Und besonders gut gefiel uns der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Sylvie: Ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, durchgehend kurze Reaktionszeiten per Mail, man kann es kaum besser treffen. Alles in allem ein SEHR empfehlenswertes Haus mit einer tollen Vermieterin, Daumen hoch!!!

Ruhige Oase zum Entspannen, perfekter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen perfekt erfüllt! Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, hochwertige Ausstattung der Küche/ Bad & viele liebenswerte Details machen dieses Haus sofort zu einem Ort, an dem man sich Zuhause fühlt. Auch der Gartenbereich ist gut ausgestattet mit Liegestühlen/ Schirm usw. und schön angelegt. Das Haus liegt in einer Privatanlage; ohne Auto kommt man klar, da Strand/ Innenstadt mit dem Nahverkehr oder zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gern weiter- gerade als Familie mit Kindern fühlten wir uns sehr sicher und geborgen. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit per Mail erreichbar und hat mit Daniel einen souveränen und freundlichen Vertreter vor Ort, der uns mit Tipps versorgt hat. Rundum empfehlenswert, wenn man das gewisse Etwas sucht😃😃😃

Un petit coin de paradis .....

Une maison très bien entretenue, décorée avec goût, qui a pleinement répondu à nos attentes . On y est au calme tout en n'étant pas très loin de la ville; Les chambres sont très agréables, confortables et la literie est impeccable . La cuisine est parfaitement équipée; Une mention spéciale pour le petit coin salon et la vue magnifique . Quel plaisir aussi les repas pris dans le jardin , quelle que soit l'heure !

Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage mit Traumblick

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Schon vor Anreise kann man die Vermieterin jederzeit mit seinen Fragen kontaktieren und erhält immer zeitnah eine Antwort. Besonders gefreut hat uns auch, dass unsere beiden kleine Chihuahuas willkommen waren. An- und Abreise sind ebenfalls sehr gut organisiert, indem man vor Ort persönlich von Daniel in Empfang genommen wird. Auch hier klappte die Kommunikation und Abstimmung reibungslos. Das Haus liegt am Rande von Cannes in einer ruhigen und abgeschlossenen Residenz mit eigenem Parkplatz. Das Haus ist dennoch zentral genug, um in 15-20 min zu Fuß im Zentrum von Cannes zu sein (Strandpromenade oder Einkaufsstraße). Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Metzger sind direkt in der Nähe und in ca. 2-5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus hat einen herrlichen, umzäunten und blickdichten Garten, so dass man ungestört Sonnenbaden kann. Der Garten in wunderschön angelegt und bietet eine Vielzahl an unterschiedlichen blühenden Pflanzen. Vom Haus aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Yachten. Das Meer ist direkt in der Nähe des Hauses und in ca. 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein kleinerer Badestrand ist 5-10 min entfernt und der große Hauptstrand von Cannes zu Fuß in 15-20 min. Die Einrichtung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem wirkt die Einrichtung sehr harmonisch und aufeinander abgestimmt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Im Garten gibt es Tisch und Stühle sowie Schirm und Gartenliegen. Die Stadt Cannes ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, bietet viel Abwechslung und kann auch als Ausgangslage dienen, um die Umgebung und andere Regionen Frankreichs zu erkunden. Einzig die Restaurants in Cannes sind eher teuer. Wer deswegen nicht jeden Tag Essen gehen möchte, kann ohne Probleme im Ferienhaus kochen, da es dort an nichts fehlt. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
