Best located condo on PV!!!

The best location in the romantic zone of PV, 1 block from the Olas altas beach and the "Malecon", 1 block from the "Isla Cuale flea market" and 6 blocks from the Cathedral. Sorrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, but away enough from the noisy bar area.

La mejor ubicación en la zona romántica de PV, a 1 cuadra de la playa Olas Altas y el Malecón, 1 cuadra del mercado de la isla Cuale y 6 cuadras de la Catedral. Cerca de cafés y restaurantes pero suficientemente lejos de los bares ruidosos.

Gabriel was great communicating, the condo was modern and clean with all the amenities! Great location. We would come back without hesitation

Great location BUT

While we appreciated staying in Gabriel's condo, we feel we must offer constructive criticism. We have stayed in this building before (in a different unit) and returned because of the superb location. The difference between our before unit and this one is 5star hotel vs 1star hotel. Sorry Gabriel! This condo is very tired and needs a major facelift. Upon entering, you first notice how badly stained are the balcony window blinds. The bed linens, although clean, were stained. The bedrm window blind is broken. The stack of towels provided in the bathroom cupboard were old, worn and stained. In the bathroom cupboard there was a pile of used soap bars, and wrappers with an airfreshner thrown on top(which explained the odour under there). The cupboard doors need at least refacing. The mirror edges are quite tarnished. There was never enough hot water for both of us to shower in the morning - so we did one in morning and one in evening. We did not use the appliances except for one pot to boil water for tea. The pots however are quite used. The kitchen bottom cupboard was full of miscellaneous ? stuff?The front of the dishwasher and stovetop were quite unclean. Cleanliness in general was questionable as there were several cobwebs in the bedroom and floor edges and corners were not clean. Also make it clear that while there is a safe pictured in the condo, it is not for guest use. Gabriel has a potential goldmine here, but must spend some money to make it inviting and current.

I love PV, it's a unique place with all the charming of a small town but with all the amenities of a big city. Rivera Molino building is a modern mexican arquetecure place located in the heart of PV's romantic zone two blocks from main bars and restaurants, one block from the beach and the malecon. Nice place with very well maintained facilities.
