Escape to coastal comfort at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 3804, a bright and welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offering 960 sq. ft. of living space and sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this Orange Beach retreat provides the ideal setting to unwind, enjoy stunning sunsets, and make unforgettable beach memories.

Step inside to a light-filled, coastal-inspired interior with plenty of space to relax. The living area opens to a private Gulf-front balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee, savor evening wine, and take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals when you're not dining at one of the many nearby restaurants.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private balcony access, so you never miss the incredible Gulf views. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, indoor pool, a fitness room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, sauna, steam room, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the sugar-white sands. The complex features five buildings, with the first digit of each room number corresponding to its building number.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. Great view from balcony, but unfortunately the Marijuana smokers lessened our time spent there. The building is no smoking. No one enforces this. Very disappointing. A deep clean is needed also

Beach view and location was wonderful. Some things were in need of repairs also upon arrival we came across a couple bugs they must have sprayed right before our arrival. Overall it was a fun trip!

Although overall this property is more expensive than the nearby hotels, it is worth it! I loved being able to wash our clothes and cook for our family. The view is stunning. We will certainly stay here again.

We had a really nice stay at the resort. Great location, beach access was great, pool area was nice. The room was a little banged up but was what we expected from a rental. The host was great, responded very quickly whenever we had any questions. Would stay there again. Thank you!

Pretty straight forward. What you see is what you get. Sliding door was off track when we arrived but they had someone out to fix it within the hour. Conveniently located. Great pool areas. The entire property itself is a bit dated, but it was perfect for what we were looking for.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was on the beach and we had a wonderful view. The only challenge... Building 3's elevator was out of service, but there were plenty of carts to assist with bringing in your luggage and groceries. The condo was clean and well stocked. We will stay here again!

Clean and comfortable, enjoyed having the patio especially when cold outside, great view of beach and ocean, loved the dry sauna available on property, lots of kitchen cookware/utensils and bowls but most Teflon pans not useable due to being very scratched up, other pans were fine, has a keurig and small air fryer not listed but nice!

I asked for a slightly earlier check in (3 pm instead of 4pm) a day or so before we got there. My request was never addressed. The door code was sent with a statement that they couldn’t guarantee that housekeeping would be completely finished. I understand that & it was fine. What was not fine was the grumpy rude man at the entrance. We arrived around 3:30 & were told to come back at 4 for the 50 parking permit. He wanted something that specifically said it was ok for us to check in early. There was no reason for him to give us such a hard time. The room was clean enough, but could use a little more attention to detail in the corners. Also, my bed was made without a top sheet. It was folded & left under the pillows. I was also disappointed that there was no extra toilet paper in either bathroom. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs & most have at least a few partial rolls that are left over from every stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was cute, comfortable and provided us with exactly what we needed to make our stay special! Upon our arrival, we reviewed the space and noticed a down tv and wall mount. I made one phone call and within minutes we had a new mounted tv for the kids to enjoy! We also traveled with my mother in law whom could not be separated from the balcony and the gorgeous view paired with the waves crashing! We caught her sleeping about 5 times from the level of relaxation it provided! Lastly, the convenience of this location is fantastic! An easy walk down to the beach and pleanty of things to do near by! I would certainly use this location again!

Great condo, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The best part was being right on the beach—hearing the ocean from the balcony was so relaxing. The area was quiet, and the beach was never too crowded. A great place for a laid-back getaway.
