AT130 Pintor Fortuny: Enjoy unforgettable holidays in this house built in 2004, perfect for families or groups. The property features three double bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single beds each) and an attic with a double bed, accommodating up to 8 people. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, except the attic, which has a portable fan. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and outside you will find a barbecue perfect for outdoor dining. Relax in the sun on any of the three large terraces or by the private pool. The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk from all amenities (shops, supermarket, restaurants) and 1 km from the beach. The property includes a private garage for three cars and Wi-Fi. Reservations from groups composed exclusively of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
