Brand new luxury condominium on the campus of the Commons in Traverse City which includes the magical restoration of the 19th century hospital. Modern construction but rustic charm. Two bedroom/two baths with common area including kitchen, living room and dining area. Backs up to a creek and its adjacent woods. Eight and one/half foot ceilings. One-car garage. About 100 yards to the fine restaurants and shops in the Mercato. About 200 feet to the trailhead for some awesome hiking.

Our condo is on the campus of a huge restoration of a 19th century hospital. Many shops, restaurants, wineries and coffee shops all within a short walking distance. Only one mile to downtown Traverse City and the nearest West Bay beaches.

The unit has a one-car garage. Additional parking, if required, is available in public lots a very short walk from the condo. The condo is ADA ready except for a 3" threshold between the main bathroom floor and the walk-in shower floor.

Guest access
The whole condo and garage are available to the guests. Entrance and main bath are barrier free and wheelchair accessible.

Third bed is a pull-out sofa in the living area.

Fun location near shops, dining, hiking and centrally located in Traverse City

We enjoyed adventuring around the Traverse city area. Wineries, Sleeping Bear Dunes and more. Great location for access to Leelanau peninsula

A great weekend stay!

Great location and walking distance to many options! All rooms were spacious including the bathrooms. Perfect place for our weekend trip. The owner was excellent with communication. The only con was there was noticeable dog hair on living room rug and washer/dryer. It was manageable for us but could be problematic for some. Overall, we would stay here again!

My wife and I have lived in the Traverse City area for 20 years and had a summer place here for 12 years before that. Almost natives. We have also had properties in the main building of the old hospital renovation. Have been rental owners for 11 years.

"This is a lovely place to stay in Traverse City with all the amenities -- garage, beautiful kitchen, spacious bedrooms, baths, and living area. We started every day with coffee on the quiet creek-side patio. We found the price point to be consistent with other summertime TC accommodations; but the location in The Commons really can't be beat and gave everyone in our group space to wander. We were in TC for a family wedding and needed sleeping space for 5; this property worked very well. Walking distance to Earthen Ales, Higher Grounds Coffee, Sugar2Salt, Red Spire for brunch, plus several nice shops. Communication with host John was flawless. This property was stocked with everything we needed for a very comfortable family weekend away. Highly recommend."
