Rental Policy:
- No smoking or fireworks are permitted.
- Two small dogs are okay upon approval. (2 max)
- $150 Non-refundable pet fee per pet (Fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately for Airbnb guests after booking.)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
- Minimum booking age is 25.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. This protection plan costs $49.00 for 1-29 nights, $249.00 for 30-59 nights, then $70.00 for each additional 30-night block. For Airbnb reservations, the initial $49 charge will be added to your reservation at booking and the remaining balance for the damage protection plan will be requested through Airbnb separately after check-in. Also, by booking, you are giving this third party permission to screen your identity and check it against their guest register and criminal databases.
