Access to the building will be available through the east side lobby door, and basement entrance doors can also be used. The elevators will remain accessible throughout the project, and all property amenities will remain available. Noise can only be heard while you are at the elevators, not in the unit!

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our time here very much but was very surprised that nothing was said about all the floats and throwing soft footballs in the pool. Also one group had their music so loud-extremely loud and nothing was said. When we first pulled in I was fussed at just by smoking in my own car. We love the area but don't think we will rent here again.

Gulf coast stay

Phoenix 5 is a great place to stay for all ages . Beautiful property with plenty to do for all ages. And to top it off it's right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Overall good room but….

The queen bed in the second bedroom needs to be replaced ASAP! That is the worse sleeping mattress I have ever slept on. The bed literally sinks in the middle. Most of the outlets in the living room don’t work either. Patio furniture was great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.
