Welcome to our comfortable, lovingly and completely furnished holiday house on 3 floors in a quiet but still central location. The house has a large living-dining-kitchen area, 3 bedrooms (each with TV),
2 bathrooms (shower / shower-bath), travel cot kpl. and highchair (. 7 Person).
The sandy beach, the pier and the town center is only about 200 m.
The garden with terrace (garden furniture, beach chairs, beach chair) and balcony (balcony furniture) provide cosiness. A barbecue, a relaxing sauna (free of charge) or romantic fireplace will make your stay in any season be an experience to remember.
Upon arrival, the beds hand-dish towels are related and present.

Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, Geschirr ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Die Betten sind super, drei Bäder perfekt für große Familien oder Freunde. Die Lage ist sehr schön - ruhig und nur 5 min bis zum Strand. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder her

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Allgemeinzustand staubig, Geschirr nicht sauber. Leider war der Geschirrspüler am letzen Tag defekt. Eine Meldung konnten wir mangels Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten (kein Hausmeister) und bei der Zimmervermittlung am Abreisetag nicht anbringen.

Zingst Haus Katrin

Das Ferienhaus war groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sauberkeit in den Bädern war nicht gegeben. Unsaubere Badewanne , unsaubere Glasbeistelltische. Viele Dekoartikel verstaubt, was nicht gut war. Eine Nachreinigung im Haus war vergebens, da keine konkrete Abstimmung zwischen Reinigungsteam und der Hausverwaltung erfolgte.

Alles in Allem ein schöner Aufenthalt und der Bewertung für die Unterkunft und dem Aufenthalt kann man schon voll Zustimmen. Einzig negativ war die Übersichtlichkeit der Gesamtkosten...sprich was wofür zu zahlen ist! Das lies etwas zu wünschen übrig!Man mag schon gern vorab wissen wollen was man für die Unterkunft allgemein zu zahlen hat und möchte nicht vor Ort noch mit zusätzlichen Zahlungen seine Überraschung erleben...

Schön.

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war sehr schön. Das Haus ist gepflegt, groß genug für eine Familie und bietet sämtliche Ausstattung für den Alltag. Auf für einen Aufenthalt mit einem Baby gut geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sodass Stadt und Strand fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gern wieder

Dieses Ferienhaus können wir auf jeden Fall zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Küche voll ausgestattet. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war auch sehr angenehm. Den Kids hat es gefallen. Vor allem warcauch schön das das Grundstück eingezäunt war, da könnten die Kinder auch Mal draußen kurz allein spielen. Top war auch die Sauna, da wir einen Tag dabei hatten wo es den ganzen Tag geregnet hat haben wir dann Wellness gemacht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Haus, es fehlt an nichts

Wir waren nur zu zweit in diesem tollen Haus, preislich ist es natürlich nicht günstig, aber für das was geboten wurde ist es okay. In jedem Zimmer ein Fernseher(4!) Schönes großes Bad mit Sauna, die wir auch genutzt haben, sehr angenehm bei der Kälte. Günstig gelegen 5 Minuten zur Strandstraße und zu wichtigen Läden und Lokalen. Alles war in Ordnung!

Top Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist alles super gelaufen von der Kommunikation vor der Reise, der Checkin und während des Aufenthalts. Das Objekt ist so wie beschrieben. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist top insbesondere die Raumaufteilung, die Sauna, die Badezimmer, die hervorragenden Schlafzimmer, einfach alles. Der kurze Weg zum Strand, Bäcker und der Innenstadt ist super schnell auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir würden wiederkommen.
