Très belle région

Le logement est très bien situé dans un parc arboré avec piscine, à proximité de beaucoup de site à visiter. Sarlat, rocamadour, gouffre de padirac, les grottes de lascaux, limeuil, beynac, la roc gageac et j en passe. Notre hôte Claudine est très sympa, nous la remercions pour cet excellent accueil. A faire !

Très bien situé, au calme

Très bien situé au centre du Périgord noir, proche de nombreux sites touristiques, le gîte se trouve dans une propriété regroupant 8 gîtes de vacances. La grande piscine est donc commune. Le gîte possède une jolie terrasse privative, très bien équipée (table et chaises, transats et salon de jardin). L'espace intérieur est bien équipé quoique petit. Cela ne pose pas de problème en cas de beau temps, mais s'il pleut, on a peu d'espace... La propriétaire est très accomodante et fournit le linge de maison, ce qui est très agréable...

Location tres bien située et proprietaire aux petits soins

La location est situee end un ancien village de vacances pour motards en cours de reconversion. Elle vient d être rachetée par la proprietaire qui l à entièrement remise à neuf avec beaucoup de goût et de soin et elle est impeccable. Le bungalow est orienté sud, avec un bout de pelouse ombragé après la terrasse, tres agréable quand il fait chaud, bien situé, entre la vallée de la Dordogne et celle de la Vezere, et donc on a facilement accès aux 2. Cependant, plusieurs points à signaler : la surface est très petite (45m2 environ sans la terrasse, bien aménagée) et on est vite à l étroit. C est un endroit pour dormir exclusivement, il ne faut donc pas être trop nombreux (nous étions 5 et il n aurait pas fallu un 6eme malgré une capacité de couchage supérieure) ni qu il pleuve trop longtemps ! Assez nombreuse mouches (c est la campagne) et malheureusement, pendant notre séjour, mauvaises odeurs (épandages sur cultures ) assez régulièrement en fonction de la direction du vent. La piscine est tres sympa, barbecue et plancha à disposition. Par contre, laverie commune qui fonctionne mal. Au total, location impeccable et tres bien équipée avec proprietaire tres attentionnée dans un endroit pratique pour rayonner mais à déconseiller à ceux qui ont envie de se poser pour ne rien faire ou qui sont exigeants sur le standing de l environnement.

sejour tres sympa

RAS tout était parfait , la propriétaire charmante et très accueillante , une belle rencontre / pas de surprise quant à l'annonce . le seul petit regret , la piscine n'était pas en eau ,alors que nous aurions pu en profiter un peu (compte tenu de la chaleur sur la periode ( 30 degre )
