About this property

Enjoy your very own piece of Lake Hamilton in our cozy lakefront abode. Centrally-located so you can enjoy all of Hot Springs staples (Oaklawn Race Track and Casino, Historic downtown “bathhouse row”, fantastic restaurants, Hot Springs National Park and walking trails, Mid America Science museum, and much more!). Even though The Lake Haus is centrally located, this space provides a relaxing retreat for our guests. Guests have access to owners boat slip for easy access on and off the lake. Condo pool is available to guests seasonally (late May- early October). Our top floor (3rd floor) condo offers unobstructed year round views of the beautiful Lake Hamilton. Off to the races! 10mins/3.8miles away from Oaklawn Racing and casino. The condo has no elevator and 24 steps in total to our top unit.

Great location. Pretty view of the lake. Owners paid close attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway.

Lovely spot!

Really pleased with our stay. The property had everything we needed, from towels for the lake to sunscreen, antacids, full ice cube trays, pot holders and spices. Very clean!

Beautiful condo in Lake Hamilton

From the moment we walked in we noticed the beautiful view and the condo was just as beautiful! Exceptional cleanliness! The owner’s communication was very thorough and thoughtful. They tried to accommodate any request we had and answered all of our questions. Loved all the extra touches from the coffee maker, extra coffee to everything we needed in the bathroom. It was so peaceful and beautiful there it was hard to leave. I could have slept in the egg chair and stayed on that balcony without doing anything else that weekend if I could have! Loved every minute of our stay! Thank you so much and we will definitely try to return soon!

Locals to Hot Springs we know the area and know our condo has some of the best views on Lake Hamilton! Being on the main channel allows guest to reap the reward of spectacular views that most pay millions of dollars for!

What makes this property unique

Feelings of being secluded all while being only minutes away from historic downtown Hot Springs. Guest can utilize the community pool and have access to our covered boat slip for easy access on and off the lake.
