Great location needs new ac

Great location perfect size for 2 people We just never felt like the entire unit cooled off. The ac doesnt seem large enough to properly cool the space. Especially the bathroom area. Everything else was perfect.

Heat Index of 100 and A/C did not work well

The condo A/C unit barely worked at all and it was so hot at night, you could barely sleep. The exterior of these condos really need updated and trash needs picked up more often. There were bugs and stray cats everywhere. The ice maker in the freezer did not work and ice trays were broken. Would not stay at this location again.

Overview

Parking is a nightmare at this complex during busy season. There are not enough parking spaces for the amount of vehicles they allow. New towels need to be purchased. No hand towels even provided. I understand the temperature was in the 90’s but the ac needs to be replaced. It is extremely hot in this condo and the ac just couldn’t keep up.

Older condo with quick beach access

Small, older condo with an older feel. Ice maker in freezer doesn’t work and the ac wasn’t as cold as we like it. Your balcony is literally faces and is feet from one of the pools so not very private. Internet is poor and tv is in an awkward location. We loved the easy access to the beach and snack shack. Bed was comfy. Perfect for 1-2 people.
