We're so very sorry your stay did not meet expectations, these things must have been so frustrating and we sincerely apologize for all the disappointment you encountered. While we were able to resolve some of the items you noted during your stay, we hate that some things were not resolved and we have passed your comments along to management as this is not up to our standards. Management has been in touch with you in an effort to come to a resolution for the trouble you faced and while we understand your desired resolution, unfortunately we're unable to accommodate this and our offer is still available to you should you change your mind. We again apologize for your poor experience and do hope to have the chance to provide you with a better stay in the future, as this is not normal for us.

Unfortunately, this cabin does not come equipped with wifi, and we are reviewing our listing to ensure this is advertised correctly. We truly appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention right away, and though we’re glad we could send maintenance out for the hot water and the railing, we were unaware of some of the issues you were experiencing. This is certainly not the norm for us, nor is this how we wanted you to spend your vacation. We’re glad you could speak to a member of management regarding a resolution for your troubles. We understand this was not your desired resolution. However, it is still available to you if you wish to accept. We would love to show you a better time in the future, as this is not our standard vacation.
