It means a lot to us that you took the time to share this, and we truly appreciate your understanding. It’s incredibly disappointing to hear about the fireplace and hot tub, especially when those details were important to your stay. We’re so glad we could help your group with rescheduling, and it’s great to know you still had a nice visit overall. Thank you again for your kind words and for giving us the chance to make it work.

We’re so glad to hear that the spacious layout and entertainment options were enjoyable. It’s concerning to learn about the experience with the bed frame and the proximity of pests near the property. Thank you for sharing this feedback—it’s important to us as we work to improve every stay. We deeply regret the discomfort caused by the bed frame and will assess it to prevent further incidents. While we encourage guests to enjoy the surrounding nature, safety is always a priority, and we appreciate your caution. Your kind recommendation is greatly appreciated, and we’ll use your insights to enhance future stays. We look forward to welcoming you back for another cozy and relaxing visit!

We are pleased to hear that you had a great stay with us overall, Kari. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and are so sorry you experienced issues with overgrown trees and landscaping, dust, lackluster cleaning, and items in need of updating. This does not meet our standards, and we are working diligently to make sure each of these items are addressed. We're glad to hear that you had a bear sighting, this is one of the many highlights of the Smokies and we're glad that you were able to experience this. Thank you so much for reaching out honestly, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Perry. It’s good to know the cabin’s design and location worked well for you, but we’re deeply sorry for the issues that overshadowed your stay. Maintenance concerns like broken sliding doors, shower problems, and cobwebs inside and outside are unacceptable, and we regret that these problems impacted your time with us. The additional issues, such as finding extra blankets wadded up, blackened feet from the floors, and signs of damage from previous pets, only add to the frustration. These are not the standards we strive for, and we understand why you expected more, especially given the price. Safety concerns, like the wobbly coffee table, are especially concerning, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We value your feedback and are grateful you took the time to share your thoughts, especially knowing how difficult it can be to leave a negative review. Your input is essential in helping us identify where improvements are needed to provide a better experience for future guests. We’re truly sorry for falling short of your expectations.

We hate to hear about the many troubles you encountered during your stay, Cindy. While are deeply sorry for the inconvenience, we do appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We can surely understand the disappointment and would have loved the opportunity to address these inconveniences. We can assure we will inform the appropriate departments of each specific concern so the property can be thoroughly inspected for future guests. Thank you for the feedback and review.

We hate you experienced any inconveniences, Bobby, but we're so glad we could have your concerns rectified promptly! We're so glad you had a great time overall and truly appreciate you sharing your review with us. We would love to host you again in the future!
