Ideally situated in the town centre of Conquet, just a stone's throw from the small fishing port, this house with authentic charm offers a peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday in Brittany.

Nestled in a pedestrian alleyway, it benefits from a very beautiful enclosed garden with high stone walls, calm and pleasant for enjoying the outdoors.



100m² house for 6 people in Conquet.

On the ground floor you will have a bright living area with a large table for 6 people, a lounge corner with sofa and TV, and a bay window overlooking the terrace and garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge-freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle…

A night section serves two bedrooms: one with a large 160cm bed and the other with a 140cm bed. It also includes a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

On the upper floor, you will find a third bedroom with a large 160cm bed, a WC, as well as a cosy space with a small desk and a rattan armchair ideal for quiet reading. An additional bed for 1 person is also possible in this space. Note: access to the upper floor is via a rather narrow staircase.

Outside, a lovely terrace, its table and 6 chairs will allow you to enjoy the nice enclosed garden.

The main entrance to the house is at the rear and opens onto the pantry where you will find a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment.



Le Conquet and its surroundings offer numerous activities, the house is located:

- 100 m from the fishing port and landing stage, departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène and sea discovery excursions.

- 150 m from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, creperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Tuesday mornings.

- 100 m from the GR34 hiking trail and 400 m from Portez fine sand beach.

3-star classified holiday rental, a guarantee of quality and comfort for your stay.

Parking: Access to the house is on foot only (50m alleyway), a small cart is at your disposal to facilitate unloading your car. A visitor card will allow you to park unlimited on the 4-hour blue zone car parks.

WIFI: internet access via WIFI

Pets: your companion is accepted on request. To ensure together that the accommodation is suited to their comfort and needs, please contact us before booking by specifying their breed and weight.

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.

Optional services:

- End of stay cleaning optional at the rate of €150

- Sheet set: €24 / bed.

- Towel kit (one large, one medium towel and one flannel): €12 / kit.

Electricity:

- during the summer period (1 May to 30 September) an allowance of 100 KWh/week is provided then actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh

- during the winter period (1 October to 30 April) actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh
