Magnificent 18th-century house, fully renovated, approx. 300 m². Quiet and not overlooked. Two stories, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, fireplace, pool table, bar. TV area in the dining room.
Laundry room, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 shower room, 3 toilets. Covered terrace with BBQ and plancha. Swimming pool with lounge chairs
Petanque court. 4,000 m² lot. 30 minutes from Bayonne and 30 minutes from Hossegor.

Located on the riverbank, it’s the ideal place to unwind and enjoy bike rides and canoeing with a private dock.
We provide bath towels but not sheets (available for an additional fee—please ask us).
