Casas Teja & Bella Vista - Untouched nature

Casa Teja and Casa Bella Vista are 2 separate houses located on a 2 acre estate. Both are available to rent together or individually. With majestic views of the main rainforest and the Pacific Ocean, the property is just a 15-minute drive from the beach and Tamarindo's scrumptious cuisine and active nightlife. It is the ideal location for those who want a private retreat in the middle of nature. A caretaker lives on site and his wife visits the house 6 days a week.

Housing

Casa Teja is a fully equipped 3 bedroom house, and Casa Bella Vista a fully equipped 2 bedroom house. Both homes are nestled on the same property, providing guests with ultimate privacy. The 2 houses are accessible from Casa Teja or individually via their separate accesses. The saltwater pool, sun terrace and "rancho" - barbecue/pizza oven - are located between the 2 houses.

Passenger access

Travelers will enjoy exclusive use of the entire property.

Other remarks

Information on excursions, activities and restaurants, with telephone numbers to book, are available to customers on site (a booklet in each house). There is internet access, but no land line - cell phone coverage is good. Casa Teja has satellite TV and a DVD. Both houses are fully equipped with dishes, plates, crockery and appliances. Guests can ask the housekeeper or caretaker's wife to take care of their laundry and ironing for a fee.
