This 2-bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom mountain townhome sleeps 5 with one king bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features incredible sweeping views of Mount Baldy, the town of Breckenridge, and of course the historic Breckenridge Ski Resort. Experience the year round tranquility of Illinois Creek Gulch just outside your door step. Just steps away you will find top notch hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and other activities in the National Forest. Stay warm and cozy with the rustic wood burning fire place located in the spacious living area. Enjoy your quiet, secluded home away from home or take the 5 minute drive down the mountain into Breckenridge for world class skiing, shopping and lots of great food.

The entryway has a separate mudroom with hooks for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main living area. It features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Access the balcony from the main living area. It features a gas grill and awesome views of Illinois Creek Gulch and the mountains.

The full-sized kitchen features granite countertops. The breakfast bar seats two, while the dining table seats 4 more. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination, a single sink vanity with granite countertops, and is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.

Downstairs is a small living area that features seating and access to the guest bathroom. The downstairs guest half bath has a single sink vanity with granite countertops. The laundry area is also located in this bathroom. There is also a large deck on the lower level for more breathtaking views.

Both bedrooms are on the lower level. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and a private entrance. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with two shower heads and a single sink vanity with granite countertops. The first guest bedroom features a two twin beds, a flat screen TV, private access to the guest bathroom, and huge windows for viewing the spectacular scenery.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. It had everything we needed, lots of space, decorated and organized beautifully, comfortable beds and clean linens, plentiful dishes and cookware to make a few meals, and a wonderful location with beautiful views of the mountains. The drive into Breck’s charming and bustling Main Street was just 5 minutes; plus, we were only a short drive from the ski resort. The management company provided excellent details about the place, and was communicative throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to family & friends visiting the area!

Mountain get away

We had a great experience staying here! The location was very close to downtown Breckenridge but removed enough to be quiet and gave us an opportunity to enjoy nature. We stayed warm despite a large snowfall and temperatures in single digits. Communication with the owners was easy as well. We would definitely come back!!

Baldy Mountain Townhomes. 18-5

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nothing wrong with the unit itself, although it needed tender loving care in many areas, The great things: View was perfection out the picture window and deck. It was quite comfortable despite having the living area on a different floor from bedrooms. We overestimated our ability to do so many steps, but thats our fault. Very nicely furnished. The not so great things: We were unfortunate to rent the condo after the owners had spent a couple weeks there. They had a dog, white long hair, It is supposed to be a pet free unit, and I understand they can do what they want with their own unit. But the dog hair was very disgusting and it wasn’t well cleaned, We got dog hair all over us, from the floors and the furniture. I had to wash all the extra blankets which were covered with dog hair, and all our clothes which were initially covered with hair. I must say though, that when we explained this to management, they did make sure housekeeping came out the next day to vacuum and mop and most of it was gone after that cleaning, There was a lack of instruction on how to use the TV remotes, three of them on the table and it took management to come out and decider how to get access to channels and streaming. No instructions on the fireplace remote and heating system. If it hadn’t been for the dog hair issue, we would have had more tolerance for the other inconveniences.
