•EAST HOUSE- Open living/kitchen area with a queen sleeper sofa, 1 King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 double twin shared rooms (4 twin beds total or can be made into 2 king beds) and a shared bathroom between the two rooms, bunk room with 3 twin size beds and a hall bathroom with a private water closet
•WEST HOUSE- Open living/kitchen area with a queen sleeper sofa, 1 King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 double twin shared rooms (4 twin beds total or can be made into 2 king beds) and a shared bathroom between the two rooms, bunk room with 3 twin size beds and a hall bathroom with a private water closet
•PARTY GARAGE- no hvac but has port-a-cool machine, electric fireplace and other portable fans/heaters, ping pong, darts, foosball, washers, cornhole, basketball

The host was responsive and easy to work with. The process of renting was also easy. With regard to The Rove, it was perfect for our needs. We had relatives from the groom's side and from the bride's side meeting in person for the first time. So having multiple houses enabled everyone to gather, yet have their own space as needed. The party garage was great for hosting the rehearsal dinner as I was easily able (with a click) to rent 50 chairs and tables, and they were waiting for us. All in all, the outside space and all the inside spaces were well kept, comfortable, and just perfect for what we needed!

First and foremost our hostess was very quick to respond with any questions that we had prior to our check in and also during our stay. She resolved any issues we had. We had beautiful views on the property. The highlight of the trip was the catch and release pond. Plenty of space on the property for children to play and explore. Plenty of seating all over the property. Gaming garage had plenty of activities to entertain any and all guests. Only down side was that it was not insulated or had ac so it was pretty hot in there with the Texas heat; which was in the description of the booking. Some things to consider is the houses could have used more attention to being cleaned. I.e. bathrooms had dirty walls and floors had stains. Kitchen utensils could use some upgrading but we made do. And as well as the outdoor areas having spider webs and wasp nests. Pool water wasn’t completely clear upon check in. But it was the perfect sized pool to play pool volleyball. Spent hours playing in there. For the price of the property it was worth the money. Definitely memories were made.

Excellent Group Site!

Came down from Oklahoma with a group of 30 youth. Great location for an affordable price. We made it to both Six Flags and the Rangers game in under an hour. The site owner/manager was very friendly, informative, and easy to work with. There is enough to do onsite to keep people busy and active. If we ever have a group of 30 or less again, we will use this location.

Beautiful property for a large group!

Awesome venue and a great host. Responsive to messages. And no complaints about our stay. It was great for all ages. We had infants all the way up to adults and everyone had a great time. The views are beautiful!Only about 5 minutes from small grocery stores and about 20 minutes from a good sized HEB.

The covered porch of the pool house was a great gathering space. There was plenty of seating options outside and inside. Nice beds, great kitchen, dining, and living rooms. We booked the Rove for our entire wedding party to stay at during our wedding weekend. We called Brandi almost a year and a half before the date and asked if she could save it for us. She was so accommodating and immediately ensured that the date was booked for us, despite being so far ahead of time. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to the event, and did so with kindness and grace. The property itself is incredible, and is such a fun space to have 30 of your favorite people. It's perfectly set up for hosting and hanging out, and I love that there are multiple houses on the same property. If you are looking for a space to host a large group, this is the one!!

Another Successful Stay

This was my group's third time staying at The Rove at L5. Like previous stays/reviews, we were very pleased with the property. One thing I can add this year is that it ii obvious that they are investing money into this property. There were some upgrades that were noticed by my group. Also, my caterer backed out at the last minute. The property manager, Brandi, gave me some recommendations that saved the day. I have found her to always be responsive and helpful.
