AMAZING!

From the moment the booking was placed, the host and the team were phenomenal. They truly made the Cannes experience such a joy. Check-in was so easy, the hosts were easily reachable, and the views were out of a postcard. It was the perfect VRBO for the stay.

Most Beautiful View in Cannes

We know the waterfront of Cannes from the Casino all the way down to La Bocca and the view of the Mediterranean from this balcony is simply the best in Cannes. A comfortable apartment convent to excellent beach clubs and dining. Luxury shopping and dining at the other end of the croisette is an easy walk and and even easier Uber. This was our second stay here. Two weeks this year and all of June last year. Maybe next year???

A place with a view!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in Mario’s Beautiful apartment overlooking the beach in Cannes! It’s walking distance to all my favorite places in town yet just far enough away to be a quiet getaway when needed. All our needs were met and every request was dealt with in a timely manner would highly recommend and will hopefully be staying here again next year.

Mario's appartment was perfect. The location is ideal in the centre of Cannes, walking distance to everything (even with children), it is practically on the beach, and the appartment was very well equipped. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot. Mario was also a great host!

Great place to stay as a family.

We stayed for the Easter holidays. We especially liked the great view from the living room and the general location of the apartment right in front of the little park. Also the bath and the bedrooms/ living rooms are very nice and were very clean. The apartment is very good equipped. Check in/check out was no problem and everybody was able to speak English.Only downturn is that the garage is a few minutes walking distance away from the apartment, which is why we didn’t use it. There is parking possibilities nearby.

Great view and flat

Unrivaled view to the beach. Great balcony. Flat was incredibly clean! Easy beach access and a very easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the Palais des Festivals. Owner was super helpful and communicative and everything was great! Looking very forward to coming back this autumn.

Amazing location

We stayed in the apartment in late October. Location is fantastic, just 10 minutes walk to central Cannes. Also the right side to get out and on the A8 via Mandelieu. Apartment agents were very responsive. Apartment was well equipped and great balcony for the evening cheese and wine! across the road from the beech for the kids.

Idyllic!

We stayed here for the month of June. It was perfect for what we wanted to do. We had visited Cannes many times before and stayed in a nearby hotel, so we were familiar with the neighborhood. The apartment exceeded our expectations! Especially the view from the balcony. Might be the best view in Cannes. The property owner was a delight! He offered suggestions for dining and was helpful in showing us the apartment in several FaceTime calls. There were two of us for three weeks. Our two daughters joined us for one week and the apartment was still comfortable with four people there. We dined in frequently and found and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed. Would we rent this property again? Absolutely.

Perfect apartment for the family in an excellent location

I had the pleasure of spending my holidays in this beautiful apartment in Cannes and all I can say is that it far exceeded my expectations! The apartment is in a quiet area right by the sea, which is just fantastic. The proximity to the water and the ability to reach everything on foot made our stay very pleasant and uncomplicated. The apartment itself is very spacious and well planned, with two bedrooms and a large living room. A highlight was definitely the fantastic balcony, where we spent many wonderful hours and enjoyed the view. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is well equipped, which made cooking very pleasant. There were also plenty of blankets and towels available, which we really appreciated. The communication with the owner was exemplary. All questions and concerns were answered quickly and efficiently. The transaction with the agency also went smoothly and professionally. A small minus was the parking space being a little away, but there was public parking right in front of the house, which was very convenient. In summary, I can say that this holiday apartment in Cannes is an absolute dream. It offers everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. I can highly recommend her!
