In a residence with communal swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), pretty little house with private courtyard consisting of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with two beds (140), a bathroom water with shower, a separate toilet, a mezzanine used as a bedroom with four beds (two 90 cm beds) and a double bed (140). Outside, courtyard in front of the house with shed used as a cellar with washing machine and beautiful sunny terrace at the back of the house. Parking on the ground.

The advantage of this rental by the sea: Pleasant residence with shared swimming pool, nearby beach accessible by gate. Cleaning included.

Delivery and return of keys exclusively to the D'Oléron agency (Saint Pierre district).

Bon séjour mais ..

La résidence est calme et agréable. L’accès à la piscine et la mer son très pratique. Cependant je pense que ce bien par rapport aux biens voisin n’a pas été loué depuis un long moment. Propreté laisse à désirer. Vaisselles sales. Bazars sous les lit.. dommage nous avons passé un très bon sejour. Je pense que le logement pour le prix de la location mérite un bon coup de neuf.
