This furnished flat of 72 m² (about 775 sq ft), built in 1900, in a building of 4 floors comprises 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.

This property has a parking space included in the price.
1st floor without lift.

Location:
You are located in the centre of Bordeaux, close to the famous Museum of Contemporary Art (CAPC), the beautiful quays and along the Garonne river.

The tramway B is in front of the flat and allows you to visit this beautiful city at your leisure!

Composition

- a living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, internet/wifi and a table for 6 people
- an open kitchen fully equipped with oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary cooking equipment
- a 1st bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a chest of drawers
- a 2nd bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and wardrobe
- a shower room with washbasin, towel dryer and WC

The parking space is located in the nearby Cité Mondiale car park.

The flat is equipped with a hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.

You can also book the Luxe, Culinaire, Zen or Hangar flats in the same building.

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €500 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €6.30 applies.

A great flat in great location

That apartment is very pleasant,spacious and well equipped.The location is excellent as it is very central and close to amenities with a great view of the river. The parking space is in a nearby car park rather than at the apartment itself. We would look forward to returning.

Baroque Apartment

This apartment is great for a weekend with friends. It's bright and spacious and in a good location. It might be a bit noisy for sensitive sleepers as it's on the 1st floor but the windows are double glazed so that helps. And yes, the deposit request is real not a scam! All in all I give this place a thumbs up!

Great location, spacious ... noisy & could have been cleaner !

Location was the best, Quai des Chartrons is close to everything and the appartement was very spacious. On the other hand, the appartment is just above a restaurant/bar and it does get noisy in the evening, enough to bother. The appartment was quickly cleaned, a bit too quickly in my opinion and the cuttlery was dirty, so much that we had to wash most of them.

Superb Location at the Heart of Bordeaux

I stayed at this location for 2 nights and enjoyed it overall. It's a very comfortable, well equipped, and excellently located accommodation right in the centre of Bordeaux. There is a tram stop right at the doorstep which is the line that takes you in one direction to the Museum of Wine and the other the centre of the city where the shopping and restaurant areas are located. The apartment also comes with free parking at an underground carpark nearby. Check in could have been a little smoother. The accommodation is managed and there is a concierge that you communicate with. But they also use an app called TouchStay which is a guide for the apartment but isn't really helpful and inaccurate. They also use this app to collect a security deposit which wasn't mentioned anywhere when I was booking the place. Other than a few minor issues overall it's a great place at a great location and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Ingen tvivl om, at lejligheden ligger supergodt og er størrelsesmæssigt perfekt, men indretningen er plastik fantastis - plastik lamper overalt, plastikstole og dårlige kvalitetsmøbler, dog undtaget sengene, der er ganske fine. Desværre lugter opgangen af kloak, hvilket er ret gennemtrængende. Vi havde på forhånd spurgt, om der ville være shampoo, sæbe, toiletpapir mv. og fået bekræftet, at der ville være rigeligt - det var der IKKE. Der var ikke vinglas til 4 personer, opvaskemaskinen var brudt sammen, men der var ikke kompenseret eller lagt karklude og viskestykker, så vi var ret skuffede over udstyret.

L'appartement est bien situé sur les quais avec vue sur la Garonne. Fenêtres fermées d'une des chambres on entend les bruits de la rue : tram, personnes en terrasse du restaurant en bas de l'immeuble.

Bon emplacement et lumineux

L'appartement est très bien placé et agréable à vivre. Il est bien équipé et la literie est confortable. Cela permet de concilier avec quelques désagréments comme les odeurs et le bruit du rdc.
