The apartment is arranged as follows:

By plane

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG: Take the RER B to Gare du Nord. From there, hop on Metro Line 2 towards Porte Dauphine and alight at Rome. Our property is a short walk from the station.

From Orly Airport (ORY): Board the Orlyval light train to Antony. Switch to RER B towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye and travel to Gare du Nord. Change to Metro Line 2 towards Porte Dauphine and get off at Rome.



By train

From Gare Saint-Lazare Train Station: Opt for Metro Line 13 in the direction of Asnières-Gennevilliers Les Courtilles/Gabriel Péri or Saint-Denis-Université, and alight at Place de Clichy. A leisurely walk from the station will lead you to our doorstep.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
