About this property

Quiet 2-room maisonette. in an ecological solar house, in the north of Nuremberg

The apartment is on the upper floor of a 2-family solar house built from an ecological point of view; that means natural insulation in the walls, untreated wood, filtered outside air - (good for allergy sufferers), natural garden without artificial fertilizers and poisons against pests etc.
Most floor coverings are tiles, the floors in the gallery are made of cork or laminate.
Bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area are therefore equipped with underfloor heating, while the gallery has wall heating.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you normally need (glass ceramic field, fan hood with carbon filter, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes and spices etc.)
Internet is available via WiFi, the LED TV receives its programs via satellite.
If necessary, the apartment can be expanded to include a separate double room with a separate bathroom / toilet. You can then accommodate up to 8 people and share the bathrooms.

The property is approx. 200 m from the center of Heroldsberg, at the end of a cul-de-sac and is suitable for families.

Shops, restaurants, swimming pool and public transport etc. are all within walking distance.
A free charging station for electric cars is 600m away and easy to reach on foot.

Ideal location if you want to combine the visit to the imperial city of Nuremberg with all the cultural highlights with excursions to Franconian Switzerland. Heroldsberg is located on the 'Burgenstrasse' and there are many attractions in the vicinity.
Beautiful hiking and biking trails, among other things to rustic beer gardens, start almost on the doorstep.
There are also many opportunities to do sports in the area;
starting from jogging and Nordic walking in the forest, golf, visiting caves, climbing, riding, sailing, swimming, skating in the half pipe around the corner, to hiking.

If the weather permits, you can also relax in the beautiful natural garden after a busy day.

Austattung der Wohnung genau, wie beschrieben. Da wir gerne selbst kochen, waren wir hocherfreut ĂŒber die sehr reichhaltige Ausstattung von Geschirr, GlĂ€sern und Kochutensilien, alles in guter QualitĂ€t. Wir waren fĂŒr zwei NĂ€chte in der Pension. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden, vom SpĂŒl Mittel ĂŒber Toilettenpapier, ausreichend Geschirr, sogar ein Tupper Reiskocher, GlĂ€ser,.... Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Vermieter mega nett und zuvorkommend. Es gibt rein gar nichts zu meckern 👌

Schöne große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend am Ende einer Sackgasse. Alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, ist vorhanden. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand aufgefunden. Das große Schlafzimmer ist leider nur ĂŒber eine steile, aber gut gesicherte Treppe erreichbar. Daher ist die Ferienwohnung fĂŒr Ă€ltere Personen nur eingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen.

Es war zwar nicht mein erster auswÀrtiger Aufenthalt, aber ich habe noch nie so gute Gastgeber gehabt. Diese Vermieter sind nicht nur sehr nett, sondern auch extrem zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Die Unterkunft ist in einem super Zustand, sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und das alles zu einem fairen Preis. Wir fanden eine moderne sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete grosse und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit kompletter Einrichtung vor. Die BegrĂŒĂŸung und Einweisung in die Wohnung durch Herrn Michael Tischler war optimal. Frau Tischler zeigte uns gerne ihren schönen KrĂ€utergarten. Das besondere an dieser Wohnung ist der Ökostandard mit zentraler Be/EntlĂŒftungsanlage, hervorragender ÖkodĂ€mmung, sodass die Temperatur in der Wohnung auch bei intensiver Sonneneinstrahlung moderat blieb. Der Strom wird durch eine grosse Fotovoltaikanlage gewonnen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Der BĂ€cker ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen in die frĂ€nkische Schweiz oder Stadtbesichtigung von NĂŒrnberg ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Why they chose this property

The fully furnished flat is in the upper floor of a 2-family house in Heroldsberg - a village with about 9000 people. A perfect place to combine the advantages of country life with a visit to Nuremberg - 11km away. To airport 18km, highway 4km
There are so many things You can do within short distances; from hiking, strolls in the wood, swimming, rock climbing, golfing, exploring caves, sailing and so on and after a busy day you can relaxing in the garden.
