That sounds like a fun and memorable stay! We're so glad you found the place clean, spacious, and entertaining for the kids. That being said, we sincerely regret the issue with the comforters and will make sure our team looks into it. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another great visit!
Not much privacy, no grill, but otherwise a great cabin and the company was very responsive to our needs.

Had an awesome stay. Only issue was the pool was cold. Kids still enjoyed it. Cabin was super nice. Kids loved the movie theater and the pinball arcade game. Would definitely stay in another one of these cabins.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s fantastic to hear that you and your kids enjoyed the cabin and the movie theater and arcade. We’re sorry the pool was a bit chilly, but it’s great that the kids had fun despite that. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you to another one of our cabins in the future!
The cabin was beautiful; the area is beautiful, the driveway was terrible and our vehicles drug and almost tore the bumpers off. Take note when they say 4wd or awd vehicles… you do need them.

Thank you so much, Kristian, for your kind words about the cabin and the surrounding beauty! We really appreciate you pointing out the necessity for 4WD or AWD vehicles; it's crucial for navigating our rugged driveway. We're genuinely sorry for any inconvenience and are glad that you still enjoyed your stay. Your feedback helps us ensure future guests are well-informed.

Horrible property
The kiddie pool was down. The second day of us staying the water was off. We had 2 disabled children with us and being with out water not habitable. They told us we can not be refunded incase someone else rebooked for the day, I said why would you want someone else to book and stay with no water working. Very unprofessional. I do no recommend

Timisha, we completely understand your frustrations, and by no means are the issues you experienced acceptable to us. Having to deal with no water in the cabin and the wading pool being inoperable must have been so disappointing. And while we did make you aware of the wading pool being down but the main pool still being operable, we completely understand your frustration. As it was explained by an agent, the entire city was out of water and unfortunately, we had no control over this matter. The city was actively working to resolve this issue, but ultimately, you and your guests decided to check out early, and we are not able to process a refund for that matter. Management did reach out in regards to your concerns, and they attempted to reach a resolution with you, and while we understand that our offer was not your desired solution, unfortunately, we're unable to assist with further offers at this time and we do apologize.
The property was nice but needed some repairs that would’ve made the experience way better. The door to the pool has an alarm and the trim was broken where the door latches so the door was sensitive and the alarm kept going off. It looked like a half effort way was used to try and make the repair by putting a screw in at an angle for the door to stay latched with it but the screw fell out almost immediately. The wires on the alarm were loose and also caused the alarm to go off even when the door was closed all the way. The hot tub in the cave pool area was not filled much and was ice cold. We called the number for maintenance and left a call back number but never got a call back ever. The ceiling in the upstairs hallway started leaking the morning we left after a rain storm during the night. There were five remotes for the movie theatre and none of them worked with the set up so we couldn’t enjoy the movie theatre room like we wanted. The refrigerator never got cold the two days we were there even though it was on the coldest setting. The cabin is nice but just needs some work done so the amenities that are the highlights of the cabin work the way they are supposed to. For the price per night of this cabin it’s expected those amenities listed above work properly.

We are truly sorry to hear about the frustrations you faced during your stay, Sean. It’s disheartening to learn that several amenities you were looking forward to using were not functioning as they should have been. The issues with the door alarm, hot tub, leaking ceiling, and refrigerator are certainly not what we want for our valued guests.
We understand how disappointing it must have been to find that the theatre remotes weren’t working, taking away from the experience you had anticipated. It’s especially concerning that your call for maintenance did not reach us, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight. You deserve to be heard and to have your concerns addressed promptly.
We have shared your feedback with our team to ensure these repairs are made quickly, and we will be reviewing our communication processes to prevent this from happening in the future. It’s upsetting to think that what should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a series of inconveniences for you. Please know that we sincerely regret this experience and apologize for the condition of the cabin during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us

18th Surprise Birthday
The booking picture of this cabin created excitement you cannot imagine. Our youngest daughter's 18th Birthday. Upon check in we find that the cabin is dirty. Leftover soda bottle littered the bedside tables, visible food under the furniture, and living room coffee table. However the biggest downfall was the indoor swimming pool in the basement, the temperature was a crisp 72 degrees. When we notified the company we were informed that the pool was not advertised to be heated. Thank goodness it wasn't winter because I cannot not imagine just how cold the pool would have been. My family didn't enjoy it as much as they thought they would given we thought the pool would be war, We lost power with in the first couple hours of our first night and there was not even an emergency flashlight available. During the storm the living room began leaking water onto the couch and was unable to set on. The upstairs air conditioner unit stopped working after the storm and the company was notified and no one even called us back or reached back out to us. All of the bedrooms are on the upper floor which made sleep miserable! Given the amount of money the cabin cost, we did not enjoy the weekend. Our family even checked out before 8am on Sunday morning. My daughters fun weekend was horrible.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges your family faced during such a meaningful weekend. Celebrating your youngest daughter’s 18th birthday should have been a joyful and memorable occasion, and it’s heartbreaking to know that the cabin fell so far short of your expectations. From the cleanliness concerns, such as leftover soda bottles, food under furniture, and an unclean coffee table, to the chilly 72-degree pool temperature, we can only imagine how disappointing this was for your family. Learning the pool wasn’t heated after your arrival must have been frustrating, especially since you had hoped it would be a highlight of your stay.
The power outage on your first night compounded the frustration, particularly with no emergency flashlight provided. The storm caused a living room leak onto the couch, leaving it unusable, and the upstairs air conditioning failure only added to an already difficult experience. Having all the bedrooms on the upper floor, coupled with the lack of air conditioning, made sleeping miserable and turned what should have been a relaxing celebration into a stressful stay. We regret that after notifying us, you didn’t receive follow-up or support, which is not the level of care we aim to provide.
It’s deeply upsetting that you felt the need to leave early and that your daughter’s milestone celebration was overshadowed by these issues. Your feedback is invaluable. hank you for letting us know—it helps us work toward meaningful improvements.
Pool is ice cold and theater room equipment didn't work and there was a small water leak.
The two biggest attractions to this property we couldn't even use. The pool water was less than 77 degrees. The kids swam for maybe 30 minutes the entire week and the adults didn't even get in the pool because it was so cold. Phone call to management said that's how they swim out here. There was no heater. The Xfinity box in the theater room had a broken power button and would not turn on. Management said a new one was on order, but it never showed up during our stay, so we didn't use the theater room for the entire stay. There was a leak from second floor to first floor hallway. Management sent maintenance to look at it and maintenance said it's an ongoing issue just keep the curtains in the second-floor shower on the inside and monitor in case it gets worse. Management was polite and responsive for every issue. For the high price of this rental a normal person should expect at least the main attractions to be functioning and usable. They were not.
The property has adequate parking for 4+ vehicles. The driveway to the property is a very steep incline/decline and has serious pothole and asphalt rot issues. 4-wheel drive and/or a truck is highly recommended to access the property although we managed with a Dodge Challenger just had to be smart about it. Otherwise, the house was very clean and nice. The kitchen is a good size.

We’re sorry to hear that the pool temperature and theater room issues affected your stay. It’s disappointing that you couldn’t enjoy those amenities as planned. We understand how this impacted your overall experience, especially when traveling with children. We appreciate your patience while our team addressed the leak. Your comments about the driveway are noted, and we’re glad you found the house itself clean and comfortable. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we’ll use your feedback to improve the property for future guests.
Beautiful place, and the location was perfect, so close to the strip. Just a couple of things, the place could use a deep clean. Like where maybe a kid with sticky hand on the stairs rails and on a theater seat, But it was clean as far as bathrooms, beds, etc…
Also I don’t think they have or turn on the heater in the pool, it was very cold so I didn’t get to really enjoy it but my kids didn’t mind. Overall I would stay here again.
Beautiful House! Smells like new and clean. Very well decorated. Spacious and great for 2 families of 4. Bunk room is perfect for kids, and theater is comfortable as well. Grotto is amazing, only disappointment was that what appears to be a Hot Tub near the pool (sign says Hot tub) does not heat. Only the kids enjoyed the grotto pool, as it was too cold for adults. Would have been nice to be able to sit in a hot tub while the kids swam. But overall, beautiful home and would recommend!
