Unique apartments down the Mont-Blanc, direct at the ski slopes

A comfortable and atypical apartment with balconies and magnificent views of the Alps to the east and west, complemented by a second apartment with kitchenette which serves as additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second WC via a quasi-privately used landing.
This build a coherent unit ideally located at the start of the ski lifts, 1km from the heart of the village and 1400m from the leisure and activities park by footpaths. Also fitted with a private garage slot.

Not for reduced mobility. Lift up to 3rd floor, stairs to access the 4th floor.
The apartments extend to a low ceiling height down in the attic, not recommended for taller people.

Excellent location, comfortable accommodation

The apartment is directly across from the ski lifts and very close to equipment rental shop and supermarket. We were very impressed with the equipment in the apartment (pots, pans, plates, 2 coffee machines and lots more). And it was very nice to find oil, herbs and spices in the cupboard. We would definitely book this apartment again.

excellent séjour dans un appartement tout confort

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement très bien équipé. Confortable avec de jeunes enfants et nous imaginons qu'il l'est encore plus avec des plus grands grâce au studio associé que nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser. Le secteur est magnifique pour randonner et le centre des Contamines se rejoint par un petit chemin en un quart d'heure. Les propriétaires ont été disponibles et à l'écoute! Bref un endroit où on se sent bien!

Les Contamines-Montjoie en toute sincérité

Le descriptif complet, les photos et la présentation que Sophie et Nicolas font de leur appartement et du site des Contamines-Montjoie reflètent parfaitement la réalité rencontrée sur le terrain. Grands-parents, nous y avons séjourné en compagnie de notre fille et de ses deux enfants. La distribution des pièces permet facilement de disposer d’un chez-soi pour le couchage de chaque famille et de se retrouver tous à table dans l’espace ad-hoc le plus grand. Ce qui, à la lecture du livret de présentation, nous était apparu quelque peu complexe en matière de partage des pièces est finalement un avantage certain pour les ados parfois en recherche d’isolement. Et entre les Contamines et Saint Gervais il y a vraiment tout à portée pour se distraire. Nous en avons bien profité. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance tant les propriétaires ont à cœur de tout mettre en œuvre pour vous donner pleine satisfaction ce dont nous les remercions chaleureusement. Chers Ms Colette et Loïc Rousselière, Nous vous remercions pour cet avis très sympathique et pour nous échanges toujours cordiaux et constructifs. La disposition de ces deux appartements occupant tout le quatrième étage de l'immeuble et formant un ensemble cohérent autour de la machinerie de l'ascenseur est réellement unique, et difficile à décrire au travers des quelques lignes de notre annonce. En effet, le studio -mitoyen à l'appartement 3 pièces- offre une vaste chambre avec cuisine et salle de bains, ce qui permet un surcroît d'indépendance lorsque nécessaire tout en conservant la possibilité de tous se retrouver dans le grand séjour de l'appartement principal. Ce qui permet au final une utilisation "à la carte" des pièces laissées à votre disposition. Nous ajouterons de nouvelles photos et adapterons le descriptif ainsi que le livret d'accueil pour assurer encore plus de clarté à l'avenir. Merci pour ce commentaire plus qu'adéquat. Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau, pour un de vos prochains passages au pays du Mont-Blanc. Bien cordialement Nicolas
