'Only about 500 m from the sea is the 60 m2 large and quiet apartment in a newly built villa in the picturesque Santa Maria Navarrese.
The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 large kitchen, 1 beautiful, spacious bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower and a large veranda with sea views.
On the covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs and 2 comfortable sun loungers, blowing during the hot summer days, a pleasant breeze, so you can have lunch there or read a relaxed book. The apartment is well ventilated and protected by shutter shutters from the sun.
The kitchen is furnished with wooden furniture and has in addition to the fully equipped kitchenette a cozy dining table with 4 chairs.
The parking lot is in front of the house. '

Wunderbarer Blick auf‘s Meer

Das Apartment liegt am Berg in Santa Maria Navarrese, der Blick auf Meer und Berge. Nach der Renovierung hat das Apartment sehr gewonnen, die Ausstattung ist gut. Das Apartment eignet sich gleichermaßen für Ausflüge in die Berge wie ans Meer!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was sie braucht und ist frisch renoviert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wahnsinnig schön und Nachts sieht man außerdem den Leuchtturm. Stefano ist ein toller zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Unsere Motorräder durften wir in der Garage unterstellen, Parkplätze sind genügend da. Besonders schön war, dass auch ein paar Gewürze und Kaffeepads da waren um den ersten Tag zu überbrücken. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sind alle Restaurants und der Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Un lieu paisible avec une magnifique vue

Nous avons passé d’excellent vacance Le logement est idéalement situé très propre avec une magnifique vue Il faudrait rajouter sur le détail des équipements dans l’annonce que les chambres possèdent des ventilateurs . Nous avons été agréablement surpris de le découvrir . C’est un plus pour la location Il manque un petit peu d’équipement dans la cuisine plus de couvert serait un plus et un parasol à disposition serait top car quand on vient en avion c’est pas pratique . Nous en avons acheté 2 et les avons laissé à disposition des prochains locataires 😃 Stefano est disponible et réactif Logement parfait pour passer d’excellent vacance reposante Merci

Entspannter Urlaub über den Dächern mit Blick auf`s Meer

Die Wohnung ist groß und entsprach dem Inserat. Die geräumige Dachterrasse hat durch die Überdachung auch in der heissen Zeit für angenehme Kühle gesorgt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, der Inhaber war bei Nachfragen schnell erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

We visited this little town at the end of September, when it was pleasantly quiet (we love it). The apartment is located in the city center, protected from the street by the part of the building. The place is quiet, the terrace has a view of the sea. The apartment is equipped, clean, the host is friendly. We really like it, thank you!

Toller Aufenthalt, schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Das Beste war natürlich die herrliche Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht, glücklicher Weise überdacht, was in der heißen August-Sonne oder bei einem kurzen Schauer ein Segen war. Es ging fast immer ein Windchen, dennoch wäre eine Klimaanlage nicht ganz schlecht gewesen. Toll war, dass Bettwäsche und sogar Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden und es im Patio eine Waschmaschine gab. Die Küche könnte in der Tat etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber wir haben immer eine (improvisierte) Lösung gefunden. Santa Maria Navarrese ist ein nicht allzu touristischer Ort und toller Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungen in den Bergen oder an der sehr vielfältigen Küste entlang. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht und eine gute Größe für einen Familienurlaub. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist fantastisch. Auch ohne Klimaanlage ließ es sich mit etwas Anpassung gut aushalten. Der Gastgeber Stefano war sehr hilfsbereit und hat eine kleine notwendige Reparatur innerhalb weniger Stunden ausgeführt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

El apartamento está muy bien. Sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Y la terraza es genial. Como única pega los días que estuvimos hubo una ola de calor y el apartamento se recalentaba un poco durante el día al ser una planta superior. Pero entre la terraza y los ventiladores lo soportamos bien. La comunicación con el propietario fue correcta aunque tampoco tuvimos mucha necesidad de contactar con él porque todo estuvo muy claro. 100% recomendable

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons été bien acceuillis par Stefano. L appartement propre, est bien équipé et très bien situé pour se rendre à pieds dans le centre du village. La terrasse est très bien avec une superbe vue. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour!! Seul petit bémol le manque de clim, il faisait très chaud même en fermant les volets toute la journée et les ventilateurs n étaient pas suffisant pour nous. Merci pour tout 🙂

Urlaub mit Meer und Bergen

Zum Ferienobjekt gehören fünf Wohnungen auf zwei Ebenen. Im Innenhof gibt es zwei Waschmaschinen und eine Grillecke für alle. Unsere Wohnung (in der oberen Etage) ist gut für vier Personen (zwei Schlafzimmer) geeignet. Sie ist sauber und für einen Urlaub vollständig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Im Küchenbereich bietet ein großer Tisch genügend Platz für einen Aufenthalt im Inneren. Sehr schön ist die große (~3x5m²) überdachte Terrasse, auf die (bei entsprechendem Wetter) morgens und abends die Sonne herein scheint. Von hier aus sieht man über die benachbarten Dächer und kann Durchblicke zum Meer und auf einige rote Berge genießen. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gastronomische Einrichtungen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch einige Wanderungen kann man gleich von der Wohnung aus beginnen. Der Panoramaweg am Steilufer nach Pedra Longa ist äußerst empfehlenswert. Mit Anfahrten von etwa 20 bis 60 km ergeben sich bereits zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wandertouren durch den benachbarten Nationalpark mit seinen phantastischen Bergen, Schluchten und Felsnadeln.

Sardinien im Spätsommer

Die Landschaft am Golf von Orosei ist sehr hübsch. Im Landesinneren gibt es große Wälder zum Wandern. Es gibt schöne Strände und das Meer ist im September 26 Grad warm. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Santa Maria Navarrese, einem kleinen angenehmen Ort. Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen in der Nähe. Dennoch istes sehr ruhig. Das beste an der Wohnung ist die große überdachte Terrasse mit Blick über die Dächer. Der Ortsstrand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
