36m² apartment for 4–6 people with a private terrace overlooking an inner courtyard. <br>Ideally located a two-minute walk from city centre, shops, the casino, the Grand Thermes, and Fenestre Park.<br>On the ground floor of the Le Val Fleuri residence, fully renovated, accessible by stairs.<br><br>Bright apartment featuring a living area with a dining table, a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a very large flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi.<br>Kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic hob, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette/pierrade grill, and an immersion blender.<br>Bathroom with toilet, electric towel warmer, and hair dryer.<br>Two bedrooms: one with a 140x200 double bed and the second with a bunk bed (90x190); a travel cot is available upon request.<br>Private terrace accessible from the kitchen.<br>Cleaning kit (broom, vacuum cleaner, mop), clothesline.<br>A washing machine and dryer shared by all apartments in the residence are available on the landing between the 1st and 2nd floors.
