60m2 rent the ground floor completely independent. The bay window overlooking terrace offers beautiful views of the countryside and the surrounding mountains. Area enclosed green. Calm.
A simple walk to access the pieces, makes this property a very easy accessibility for the elderly. One room has a bed of 140 and the other a 140 bed and a bed of 90. The toilets are separate from the bathroom

Bien placée, maison fraiche en plein été, au calme, très belle vue. Literie ok, bien équipée. Tv satellite défaillante lors de notre séjour, réception tel portable compliquée, wifi aléatoire, parfait pour la déconnexion. Commerces dans le village. Le propriétaire met gentiment à disposition un barbecue au gaz. Propriétaire accueillant présent à l'arrivée et au départ.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la location du bas ; à savoir que dans la même maison il y a également un hébergement de grande capacité dans la grande maison.Le logement est assez spacieux mais un petit rafraichissement serait agréable.

Séjour tres agréable

Quelques jours passés dans le gite. Tres bien équipé et bien situé, a proximité de la bourboule et du mont dore. De nombreuses randonnees a faire aux alentours. Le petit jardin a permis a notre chien d avoir un peu de verdure. Nous avons passé un tres bon moment!

Séjour globalement agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ( accueil chaleureux, logement idéalement situé pour les visites). Cependant quelques points décevants: logement bruyant en bas, si la partie du haut est louée, quelques nuisances sonores dues à la proximité de la route. Spa non fonctionnel alors qu'indiqué dans l'annonce, draps et serviettes non précisés sur l'annonce ( heureusement prêtés gracieusement par le propriétaire).

Vacances avec le chien

Le terrain clos est parfait si vous avez un chien, le vue est top. Juste un manque de propreté dans les zones moins visibles et les joints de la douche.

Nous avons passé avec notre chat des journées reposantes et agréables malgré une météo variable. Le gite est bien situé non loin du village et au calme. Il est équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut. Et, surtout, nous remercions Joel, notre hote, pour sa gentilesse et serviabilité pour rendre le sejour aussi comfortable que possible.

Séjour agréable ,maison située au milieu de tout ce qu'il y a à visiter. Je conseille fortement cet appartement très bien équipé avec un coin jardin pour les enfants.Superbe vue pour le petit déjeuner.Un grand merci à Joël !Nous sommes déjà venus 2fois et nous reviendrons encore!

Cure thermale Puy de Dome

Gite bien situé, proche de La Bourboule. Environnement calme, proche de la nature. Une condition importante, avoir une parfaite connaissance des vaches car vous vivez à 5 mètres d'elles .... L'équipement bien que propre est vétuste. En conclusion, le prix est excessif par rapport à la prestation.
