Logement propre, fonctionnel et calme situé dans un lotissement arboré et sympa . Bien équipé. (sans jugement sur le chauffage électrique que nous n'avons pas utilisé compte tenu de la météo favorable). Stationnement facile et gratuit du véhicule sur un emplacement réservé. Contacts téléphoniques agréables avec le propriétaire disponible et patient, notamment le premier jour pour faire fonctionner la Télé. Commerces et restauration au Conquet, à 30 minutes à pieds. Supermarché à une dizaine de km à Plougonvelin. Proximité d'une belle plage. Attention dans tout le département, les animaux ne sont pas autorisés sur les plages entre le 1er juin et le 30 septembre.

Un emplacement idéal, une location impeccable, quelques petits points d'améliorationNous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. L'emplacement est vraiment un atout majeur : idéalement situé pour profiter du GR34, c'est un vrai plaisir pour les amateurs de rando côtière, avec un accès à pied à la plage.Le logement en lui-même est extrêmement propre, on sent que le propriétaire porte une vraie attention au confort et au respect de ses locataires, et cela fait toute la différence.Quelques petites remarques qui pourraient encore améliorer le séjour :La literie de la chambre parentale mériterait d'être revue : matelas trop creusés, ce qui est inconfortable notamment pour les personnes qui dorment sur le ventre.L'absence de volets dans la chambre peut se faire sentir, à la fois pour la luminosité le matin et pour la fraîcheur en journée.Un petit équipement de cuisson supplémentaire serait un vrai plus : un mini-four type Air Fryer pourrait pallier l'absence de four, un grand fait-tout serait bien pratique pour cuire des crustacés, et l'absence de barbecue pourrait aussi être un point à améliorer pour les prochains locataires.Malgré ces petits détails, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette location sans hésiter, notamment pour son emplacement et la qualité de l'accueil.

La plage est à un bon km à pied minimum et arrive sur des gros galet (personne à mobilité réduite s’abstenir) matériel de cuisine à revoir - pas de WC à l’étage là encore mobilité réduite s’abstenir extérieur non entrenu dommage !! Propriétaire réactif dommage que les piles des télécommandes n’aient pas été changées avant notre arrivée propreté nickel literie très bonne

Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Für uns als Paar war es eun wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Den einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag, den wir hätten, wäre im UG kleine Handtücher und eine Handseife anzubieten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die super Dusche.Es war auch toll nach der langen Fahrt Wasser und Cidre im Kühlschrank zu finden. Superschöne Landschaft, super Wetter,was will man mehr.

Insgesamt ein tolles Strandhäuschen für 4 Personen- funktionell mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Schlüsselboxübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber absolut zeitnah/ schnell und reibungslos. Genau wie im Inserat beschrieben bzw fotografiert. Ein kleines Handtuch im Bad zum Händewaschen wäre noch perfekt,

Bretagne

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Eric. Das Haus liegt 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und auch das schöne Örtchen Le Conquet ist zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in ruhiger Nachbarschaft mit eigenem Stellplatz für das Auto. Im Haus war alles vorhanden und auch ein nettes Willkommensgeschenk im Kühlschrank. Am letzten Tag haben wir den Vermieter noch persönlich auf einen Drink getroffen und hatten eine sehr nette Unterhaltung. Leider waren 7 Tage viel zu kurz für die tolle Umgebung. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Eric für den schönen Urlaub
