Fun In the Sun ~ Ocean Lakes

Spacious and quiet 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house close to the beach. Summer Rental Saturday to Saturday.
This property is located in the award-winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground at 1531 Neptune Road, a quiet side street just a short distance to the beach. Enjoy the water park, miniature golf, freshwater lakes, and all the other amenities that Ocean Lakes has to offer!
Home features 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Outside shower with hot and cold water. We have spared little expense to make this house a beach paradise!
Features include a queen-size bed in the first bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and twin beds in the third bedroom. Each room has cable services with flat-screen TVs along with Wi-Fi. Sleeps 6 (maximum 4 adults). Extra-large fully stocked kitchen opens to the living room and dining room covered front porch with plenty of outdoor seating, and a washer & dryer.
*For add security, we have a security Camara on the front porch and under the house in the parking area.
*Parking spaces for 2 vehicles - Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day, per vehicle parking fee that is payable to Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
** Families only. Guests must be 25 years of age and present during the entire rental period.
** No animals, no exceptions
** This is a non-smoking house
Bed linens are included; towels are not included. Please bring towels (including beach towels), and paper products.
Golf Cart not included with the property.

**Rental Agreement must be signed within 48 hrs and a scanned copy of a state-issued driver's license must be sent to the owner or the booking is nullified.

House could be cleaned better there was hair in the shower and underwear left in one of the bedrooms. Also the kitchen needs to be sprayed for ants. The house is in a great location though and was great for weekend get away.

Within 2 hours of being notified about a need for a battery change in the door lock and the shower curtain issue, my cleaner was at the house to address both issues. There was no mention of ants or underwear at that time.

Great place. We always choose Ocean Lakes. The property owners were always in contact if a question needed to be asked. When asked, answered in a timely mattered. House was clean and nice. Quiet area that was secluded from the busy part of Ocean Lakes. Would stay again!

Ok needs work on the deck boards are loose and are a safety issue and outdoor shower door hinges on door are rotted safe issue and outdoor hose did not work over all not happy for price but house was clean …..

Billy, I am very surprised by this review as when we spoke you praised the house saying "the house is very nice." We communicated by text several times during your stay and you never mentioned any of these things. I am wondering if your review is actually based on the fact that I would not approve an additional car pass for your brother and his family to come into Ocean Lakes.

House was good we had a great trip. Blankets were 2 small for the size of 2 of the beds and there was not toilet paper when we arrived we all had to use the bathroom and could not so had to find some in the car befor going to the store to get some. Other than that great place

Happy with the property but not with the owner

First and foremost I’ve rented at over 30 properties in my life and this circumstance wasn’t pleasant. The owner didn’t make me feel welcome at all. I understand there’s rules and sometimes weather plays a part in it. Whatever you do don’t have family or loved ones over at this property that’s not listed because the owner won’t make you feel welcome. I have rental properties myself and I wouldn’t and haven’t reacted the way this owner did cause friends and family was over just so to weather conditions. Other then that and Palmetto bugs found on property due to all the rain the stay was great experience. We choose to only you it to sleep after the first night due to not feeling welcomed on the owner’s property. They should fee happy to know though I will never rent from them again. Despite me treating there property like it was my own.
