Large windows and open floor plan allow you to watch sailboats from the living spaces, sunroom and the master bedroom. If the pool deck isn’t enough for your relaxation needs, the boulder shoreline with two private beaches, sitting area and private dock are perfect to living the Innsbrook lake life to the fullest! Plus, private hot tub on the lower patio and new poolside gazebo with fireplace!

Need more places to play, try out the new Game Room above the garage, includes ping-pong, bumper pool, poker table and more! Plenty of open grassy space for a game of soccer, football or yard games make this a perfect place for families or reunions.

Outfitted by an updated country-chic interior with an open floorplan design, exquisite custom flooring, and floor to ceiling windows that provide breathtaking lake views. Fully stocked new kitchen features large granite counters, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator and expansive island to keep you close to the fun, should you want to cook. There is a large dining table for dinner or board games. Patio furniture on the upper deck is ideal for dining outdoors while the gas grill on the lower patio is perfect for entertaining poolside.

Living area has wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Adjacent to the living room is the sunroom/kids’ corner with flat screen TV, cable, WiFi, comfy furniture and games for everyone to enjoy!

Spacious master bedroom is located on the main floor with king bed, flat screen TV and large windows that provide beautiful views of the outdoors. The master bath is complete with a brand new marble vanity, his and her sinks and a sliding glass door shower. Upstairs, a king bed and full bath occupy the second private bedroom, along with two additional bunk rooms. An extra full bathroom is located upstairs, providing enough space for the crew to get ready for the summer concerts after a day at the beach or pool.

Experience summer lake life to the fullest with one of the many water toys provided, including three kayaks and two paddle boards, with easy access to the beach for a relaxing time on the water.

Excellent Stay!

My friends and I rented this house for a tame bachelorette party. It was beautifully located at Innsbrook, with great views of the lake and an incredible porch to sit out when the weather was warm enough. There were some odd things like automated curtains that we couldn't manipulate. The sun was blinding us from the hours of 5-7 when the shades would have been nice. Many of the beds only had a fitted sheet without a top sheet and the remotes for the TVs did not work. These were all very minor details that were not the main priority of the trip but they were some minor frustrations that are relatively standard so we were surprised they weren't perfect. All in all, we really felt the house was great, an affordable price and would really be incredible for a family. We hope to come back again!

Great Spot for a Getaway

My buddies and I went here for my bachelor party and it was great. The house is in great condition and the views are amazing. Great place for hanging out with a large group of friends or family.

Beautiful view!

This is an amazing property. It was clean, in a great location and has a lot to offer. You don’t have to leave the house. As in all rental properties, there were some pluses and minuses. Pluses: location! The view is incredible. The kayaks and paddle boards were a fun addition. The pool was nice too. Loved the outdoor furniture everywhere. The four umbrellas were helpful considering it was over 100 degrees. The kids really enjoyed the playground and the extra toys found in the room off the living area. The interior is very nice as were the bathrooms. Lots of comfortable places to sleep too. The kitchen has everything you need, even an extra ice machine for drinks. Minuses: the beach is gravel. The listing made us think it would be sand. Had we known, we would have brought water shoes and left the sand toys at home. The game room is too small for ping pong and since there is no bathroom available, the futon is useless as another sleeping option. There were no pool lights available for us to use and no lighting underneath the deck in the hot tub area or in the gazebo. This is dangerous, not to mention a disappointment to the kids who love to swim at night on vacation. We did contact the management, and they said the owner would turn on a set of lights underneath the deck for us, but that didn’t happen until the last night of our stay….and still, no pool or gazebo lights. Lastly, the deck railing is warped and leaning outward. Also seems dangerous. Overall, a very nice property. Innsbrook vacations are the best!
