Cozy Ski in/ out hideaway next to the slopes and cablecar

Modern apartment (~57 sqm) with private terrace (all rooms have access) where you can relax, enjoy a drink and the view into the woods.

The cable car "Arena Express" is in just 3 minutes walking distance, as is the Stenna Center with Restaurants (The Hide, Ella), Café (Café Stenna), Bar (The Hide), Supermarket (Coop), Sport rental shops (Ski, Bike, etc.), Pharmacy, Cinema, Wellness (The Hide), Kiosk and other clothes shops.

Amazing experience : you are in 3 minutes on the cable car and the slope arrives directly in front of the house !

You won't have to take your car during your whole stay. The center of the village is just minutes away with lots of great shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment has an open kitchen fully equipped (induction stove, combi steamer, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc.), two bedrooms with king-size box spring beds and large closets, two bathrooms with with toilets and one large shower (hair dryer included).

The cozy living room comes with a sofa and an armchair. The dining table is extendable.
Floor heating privately adjustable (digital touch pad in the apartment).

Ski Room with heated boot-holders.
Indoor private car parking with direct access to apartment building. Elevator in the building.

Amazing location

Easy access to the lift and ski to the boot room door! Secure underground parking right below the property. Lovely decor and relaxing place to be. Better internet connection than our own home!

Super, perfekt gelegen und modern.

Im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation absolut super, hatten alle Infos und noch mehr. Durften sogar früher als angekündigt in die Wohnung. Vor Ort auch alles perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und liegt genial (direkt neben den Bergbahnen). Einzig hatte es ein wenig Ablageplatz, aber vielleicht hatten wir auch schlicht einfach zu viel Zeugs. ;-)

Great apartment & holiday

Our family of 4 (kids 13 & 10) stayed for 10 days over Easter 2021. Very good location, close to lifts, ski piste finishes 10m from ski room! Centre of town, close to everything and new Coop supermarket. Apartment is modern, well fitted out, very comfy. Lots of care taken to make it feel cosy and like you are at home. Owners gave great arrival instructions, and super responsive to my follow-up questions. Much appreciated that they left a few simple things like bin bags, dishwasher tablets, salt & pepper (many things actually) that make holiday life much easier. Highly recommended.

And if you prefer, there are amazing Wellnesses around here, like the ones at The Flims Waldhaus Hotel, The Hide Hotel or even, a little further, the amazing Valser Therme.
