séjour à Hyères

Logement spacieux et lumineux, le propriétaire s'est montré très sympathique. Location bien située, à qqs km des plages et du très joli centre ville historique de Hyères !

Untragbar unhygienische Ferienwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung dauerte exakt 3 Stunden. Bei Ankunft stellten wir unverzüglich fest, dass die Wohnung in einem derart desolaten Zustand war, was die Hygiene betrifft. Das Badezimmer, insbesondere die Dusche wies an den Fugen und Fliesen schwarze, speckige, schimmelartige Beläge auf. Die Glasflächen der Dusche waren mit schmierigen Schlieren überzogen. Die Armaturen von Dusche, Waschbecken und der Spüle in der Küche waren ebenfalls nicht gereinigt und teils mit Kalkbelägen krustig überzogen. Das Besteck in der Küche war nicht sauber, und die Schubladen verunreinigt. Im Schlafzimmer war zumindest ein Bettlaken mit Flecken und Haaren verunreinigt. Die Schubladen der Möbel im Elternschlafzimmer waren mit Schmutz und Haaren verunreinigt. Der Kühlschrank wies innen ebenfalls Schlieren auf. Wir sprachen Herrn Maréchal sofort auf diese gravierenden Missstände an und baten diesen unverzüglich eine gründliche Grundreinigung der gesamten Wohnung vorzunehmen, während wir die Wohnung währenddessen verließen. Herr Maréchal zeigte sich einsichtig, gestand im Grunde die beanstandeten Punkte ein und begann sofort mit Reinigungsarbeiten, auch weil wir ihm mitgeteilt hatten, weder in der Dusche so duschen zu können noch in der Küche in der Situation kochen zu können Wir waren indessen so vor den Kopf gestoßen und schockiert ob des vorgefundenen desaströsen Zustandes der gemieteten Wohnung. Schlussendlich kündigte uns der Eigentümerin gegen 19 Uhr, worüber wir froh waren.

Wohnung in Hyeres

Wir haben uns, trotz der Corona-Zeit, hier sehr wohl gefühlt, alles lief ohne Komplikationen ab. Da das Wetter wirklich gut war, konnten wir immer draußen essen und somit auch die Gartenmöbel gut nutzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Un séjour très agréable

Das Appartement liegt im EG einer Stadtvilla am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse mit einer großzügigen Terrasse, die viele Sitzgelegenheiten bietet. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Alles ist sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Es steht ein Grill, Tischtennisplatte, sowie eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Thierry und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden dorthin zurückkommen. Merci beaucoup Jelena
