3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on a private cul de sac near Eastern. Secluded backyard with pool and jacuzzi . Open floor plan and large kitchen are great for entertaining. There’s also
an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Dog friendly, kid friendly, adult friendly. Nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. 20 minutes to Lake Mead. 15 minutes to downtown Las Vegas. 10 minutes to Las Vegas airport.
Spa treatments close by, many golf courses, shopping at The District, and fun bars and restaurants. Or take an easy Uber to a football game at the new Allegiant stadium or the strip. Hiking Black Mountain trails are only a few minutes away.

Nice week, quiet neighborhood with easy access.

Stayed a week in December. Lots of eating options around, some quite good like the sushi joint 3 minutes away and then green valley resort options and one of my favs kings fish house. Easy to get on either of the main highways and head out for hiking or casino fun.

Fun in the sun!

This patio home is amazing! We extended our stay an extra 2 days because we didn’t want to leave. Close to restaurants and shopping. The pool is amazing! Such wonderful neighbors. We can’t wait to go back!!!!

Cute house as described.

This was a really cute home. Decorated very cute. The heated pool and hot tub was the highlight with the yard for sure. Location very good right by major shopping but very quiet neighborhood. Nice and open floor plan. House matches the pics !

Quiet, clean, warm pool, easy access

This was exactly what we needed. We are locals looking for staycation and a warm pool was essential. 80% of our stay was spent outside on the patio and pool. Check in and check out was nice and easy. Loved the house decor. Beds were so comfy. Thank you!

The home has an outdoor barbecue, outdoor fridge, shade and sun in backyard, plenty of seating, pool and jacuzzi. Fenced and private backyard. Inside there is a high top table with 4 chairs for games and dining, and a kitchen table with 4 chairs as well. L couch with side chairs, large tv, home definitely set up for entertaining. There is parking in driveway and street and home is located in a private cul de sac.

Wonderful home

We rented this house primarily for my 82 year old Mom. It is one level and close to the neighborhood that she used to live in. The home is decorated nicely, it is close to shopping and in a nice neighborhood. Jilene was VERY responsive to texts and phone calls and very easy to work with.
