A beautiful well equipped property, the pictures don’t do it justice. A wonderful peaceful location within reach of so many interesting places to visit in this beautiful region. Highly recommended,friendly helpful hosts made it a wonderful vacation.

Lovely property. Great view of the valley. We played a lot of Table Tennis and boule. Hosts very helpful when our car broke down. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le cadre est superbe, au calme et la maison très pratique et très jolie. Idéalement situé pour visiter tous les coins alentours (on est à 10 à 30 minutes en voiture de tout). La piscine a été très appréciée pendant les fortes chaleurs. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sylvie et Wouters. Le petit plus pour nous, nos 3 chiens ont pu venir avec nous en vacances. Top. On reviendra.

Beautiful location and a much needed pool

What a lovely place to stay and in 38 degree heat most days the pool was a must! The cottage had everything we needed, was furnished to a high standard, very comfortable and clean. The outdoor space was fabulous, especially in the middle of a heatwave. My son loved the separate room and bathroom. Sylvie was lovely, met us on our first day, kept in touch beforehand and then allowed us to have a peaceful and much needed break. Thank you for letting us stay!

Exceptionnel week-end VTT!

Nous avons passé un week-end exceptionnel chez Sylvie et Wouter. La maison est fantastique, construite avec des matériaux de qualité, très bien équipée. La piscine chauffée donne sur un beau paysage de campagne. Nous avons profité pleinement de cet espace superbe. Wouter nous a proposé des parcours VTT de folie. À vivre absolument !

Lovely peaceful stay !

Great little cottage in a tranquil spot but still close to loads of attractions. The children loved the warm pool and trampoline. Great with young children, riding, kayaking etc all within a few minutes drive.

Wij hebben een toptijd gehad. De kinderen waren dol op het water en de trampoline, maar nog blijer werden ze van de zoons van de eigenaren. Heerlijk voetballen op het veld. Heel fijn. Het huis is top en toen de wifi het niet deed werden we uitgenodigd om Champions league voetbal bij hen thuis te kijken. Zo gastvrij!! Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, de verhuurders overtroffen onze verwachtingen aan alle kanten. DANK!

Trop bien !

Location dans une maison typique du Périgord très ancienne mais bien réhabilitée. Ancienne, donc pas hyper fonctionnelle comme une maison moderne (mais c'est aussi cela qui fait son charme), mais un jour pour s'habituer et après on s'y sent vraiment bien. La piscine est superbe, bon étant venu en avril nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'en profiter (mais nous le savions) mais déjà s'installer devant sur un fauteuil de plage confortable un bon livre à la main c'est un plaisir alors vous qui viendrez les mois d'été ce sera le paradis. C'est aussi un bon point de départ pour visiter les innombrables châteaux et sites préhistoriques de la région (ne pas rater Lascaux IV mais prendre ses précautions pour réserver déjà plein de monde en avril). Enfin, et pas le moins important, l'accueil de Sylvie et Wouter ( et leurs trois jeunes garçons) est exceptionnel de gentillesse, tout proches, disponibles et pourtant très discrets. Alors si vous cherchez un point de chute dans le Périgord noir, vous pouvez venir ici en toute confiance.

Un super week-end, dépaysant et tout confort !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Grenaderie. La maison, une ancienne ferme authentique de la région parfaitement rénovée par Wouter, est charmante et bien équipée (rénovation de caractère récente, tous ustensiles et équipements de cuisine, un grand séjour confortable). Deux chambres avec lits doubles se situent à l’étage du corps principal de la maison (+ un clic-clac dans le salon). Un petit studio avec deux lits simples et une salle de bain récente est contigu à la maison. Nous étions six et avons trouvé cette configuration ‘maison/studio’ plutôt pratique. La piscine chauffée, se situe à l’arrière de la maison et offre une vue dégagée sur la vallée de la Seignolle. Nous en avons pleinement profité. Le calme est absolu (la maison est située en pleine campagne). L’accès aux agglomérations proches est rapide (Montignac et les grottes de Lascaux à 10 min - Intermarché en sortie de ville). Nous remercions Sylvie et Wouter pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité lors du séjour. Au final, un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel pour la région. Nous vous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Très jolie maison, au calme et dans un très beau décor. Avec en plus la piscine chauffée, magnifique. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très réactifs en cas de souci. En conclusion de super vacances.
