Blue Jay Villa - Vacation Home Near Disney

Fully equipped vacation home located at Davenport FL, just 20 minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and other theme parks. This family villa has a private pool, game room, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, may welcome up to 10 family members and friends. Both master bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and a private bathroom for each, the third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth has four bunk beds. The last two rooms share a bathroom. TV are available in all the rooms.

The space:
A good size and bright lounge will welcome you after a day of outside activities. While relaxing, you can enjoy a magnificent view of your private pool. Flat screen tv will give you the opportunity to view a good movie to finish your evening in style. A kitchen where you can cook an excellent meal for the family is connected to the dining room. The kitchen includes everything you will need to cook. It is also equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and oven. A window in the dining room will give you a good view of the pool and SPA during your meal in good company. Why bringing too much clothes when you can have a washer and dryer for your convenience on site. A laundry rack will be available in order to dry your pool towels outside. The laundry room is equipped with an ironing board and an iron. For entertainment, the garage has been converted into a game room. You can have fun with your kids and friends while you are home. To enjoy outdoor pleasures, a patio set is available by your private pool and SPA which are at outside temperature. ( The pool heater cost $30.00 extra per night if you need ). A screen completely covers the site of the pool and will keep unwanted insects away by beautiful warm evening. Also the house is included central air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a basic package is offered with various tv channels and each room is equipped with a tv. We have two parking spaces in front of the house. For young children, we have at your disposal a high chair, two booster seats and two small strollers. Pets are allowed with extra fee of $25.00 per night and the house is non-smoking.

Other things to note:
The pool and spa can be heated upon request for an additional charge of $30.00 per night. If you would like pool heat, it must be confirmed prior to arrival and booked for the entire stay. The pool heater will be set up to turn on automatically in the morning around 8:00 AM and switch off late at night around 10:00 PM. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, which cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late afternoon. Cool nights will inevitably result in a colder pool the next day, and dramatic drops in temperature may also prevent optimal temperatures from being reached. The spa will heat up faster when the two switches on the wall are turned on, which will cause only the water from the spa to start heating. You may have to wait at least 20 minutes for the water to reach 92°F. Don't forget to turn off both switches after use. If you would like to have a barbecue, we have a gas grill available for your convenience for an additional charge of $50.00, including the propane tank. After use, please clean and store the grill back in the garage, otherwise, there will be an extra charge of $35.00. Pets are more than welcome to stay in the house for an additional fee of $25.00 per night/ pet. The house is non-smoking, so if you're a smoker, please smoke outside of the house and use the ashtray provided. There is a $100 fine if these rules are not followed.
