Excellent stay with family and friends

The villa has (i) amazing views of sea and mountains, (ii) a very good swimming pool and deck for numerous group, (iii) very complete kitchen and places for numerous group . Despite being not far from beach, it is only possible to walk from beach to house if you are in a very good shape (not possible for children and old people) considering that the house is in a very high area.

We (six friends) very much enjoyed staying at this amazing villa for a week this summer. Breathtaking views, a lot of space and privacy and a really nice pool. Very well stocked kitchen also! It is a 10 minute walk to a nice beach as well as some restaurants but as other reviews already mentioned, be aware that the road is steep and is therefore not suitable for young children, older people or anyone that is not fit enough for a rather steep climb :) It is however really easy to drive the road by car and there's also plenty of parking area at the beach. Would love to stay again sometime!

Villa bien située pour profiter tant de la mer que de la montagne. Position idéale pour découvrir la région de Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio.AccÚs typique via un chemin.

TrÚs belle villa, bien équipée

Villa moderne, au calme sur une petite colline et avec un équipement adapté aux familles. Cuisine bien agencée et pratique. Belle piscine et superbe vue sur les alentours. Plusieurs belles plages à proximité mais nécessité de s'y rendre à voiture (accÚs trop pentu pour se rendre à la plage de Tarco à pieds avec des enfants). Plusieurs sites intéressants dans les environs (Porto-Vecchio, Aiguilles de Bavella, piscines naturelles de Cavu, Bonifacio, etc.).

Magique!

Superbe villa, avec vue imprenable sur la MĂ©diterranĂ©e! Nous Ă©tions une groupe de motards de 22 personnes, et nous avons grandement apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Villa isolĂ©e, situĂ©e sur une colline, avec un montĂ©e bien raide, mais praticable en moto. PropretĂ© impeccable, grande piscine, grandes piĂšces, c’était parfait. Et merci Ă  Martine qui nous accueilli et aidĂ© quand nous avions besoin.

Cette villa est bien plus grande qu'elle ne parait. De belles chambres spacieuses, superbe coin cuisine, piscine chauffĂ©e en dehors de l'Ă©tĂ© permet des baignades la nuit ! LevĂ©e du soleil, pour ceux qui aiment, Ă  volontĂ©. Il manque juste les premiers produits non consommables (papier toilette, pastille pour lave vaisselle,...). MĂȘme si nous Ă©tions 13 personnes, on peut ĂȘtre au calme sans ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ©. A refaire dĂšs que possible.

Villa familiale avec une vue somptueuse...

Les photos de l'annonce sont fidĂšles Ă  la construction, moderne, bien agencĂ©e, super pour des vacances Ă  plusieurs familles (4 couples nous concernant, 5 ados, 6 enfants en bas Ăąges de 11 mois Ă  4 ans). La villa est perchĂ©e sur une crĂȘte, offrant une vue de toute beautĂ© sur la mer, le maquis et derriĂšre les reliefs de Bavelle. Calme, aucun vis Ă  vis direct, on regrettera simplement un carrelage glissant en terrasse avec les pieds mouillĂ©s, et salissant car blanc, une literie Ă  ressorts qui dĂ©note avec la qualitĂ© globale de la villa, des fenĂȘtres de salle de bains sans stores laissant entrer la lumiĂšre trĂšs tĂŽt dans les chambres, et une seule chaise haute pour bĂ©bĂ©. Rien de rĂ©dhibitoire, quelques points de dĂ©tails optimisables, nous avons passĂ© une super semaine. Point noir niveau localisation, embouteillages terribles sur la route de Porto Vecchio dans les 2 sens Ă  cause d'un satanĂ© feu inadaptĂ© Ă  la densitĂ© du traffic.

Magnifique villa dans un cadre exceptionnel !

Splendide villa, dans un cadre exceptionnel et avec une vue à vous couper le souffle. La maison est idéalement située dans la Corse du sud afin de visiter des sites incontournables : porto vecchio, bonifacio, les aiguilles de Bavella ainsi que les piscines naturelles, la plage de palombaggia et j'en passe.... La villa correspond exactement au descriptif de l'annonce. Adresse à recommandée fortement

Beschreibung teilweise nicht korrekt

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Vermittler im Vorfeld war sehr schwierig. Nachdem wir 13 Monate vor unserem Urlaub reservieren mussten, war direkt eine 50%ige Anzahlung nötig! Wir hatten anschließend nach einem Grundriss gefragt, um zu sehen, wie die Zimmer aufgeteilt sind. Als lapidare Antwort kam immer nur: Es gĂ€be keinen Grundriss
 (bei einem solch neuen Haus?!) Nun wissen wir auch, warum: In der Beschreibung des Hauses waren „7 Zimmer jeweils mit Bad“ beschrieben. In einem Bad ist normalerweise die Toilette inklusive. Es gab fĂŒr 7 Zimmer aber nur 4 Toiletten, die auch noch auf dem Flur jeweils in einer Kammer von 2,25 m2 untergebracht sind! Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist so steil, dass man ein PS-starkes Auto braucht, um es hoch auf den Berg zu schaffen. Zugegebenermaßen ist die Aussicht wirklich grandios – im Hintergrund Berge, vorne Tarco und das Meer! Das Haus war nicht sauber!! Überall waren Haare, Staub und Spinnweben vorhanden, die die Zahlung des Reinigungsbetrages (im Vorfeld!) nicht rechtfertigen! Die Tische waren nicht abgewischt, auf den Fensterrahmen in den BĂ€dern im 1. Stock klebten Staub und tote MĂŒcken
 Die Terrassenmöbel sind zerschlissen und ebenfalls unsauber. Die BettwĂ€sche mussten wir selbst aufziehen. :-( Eine Seite des großen Terrassen-Fensters ließ sich nicht vollstĂ€ndig schließen; ein kleiner Spalt blieb offen. Wir mussten also beim Verlassen der Villa die RollĂ€den in diesem Teil komplett herunterlassen, damit Einbrecher und Regen keine Chance haben. Im Bereich des Wohnzimmer/der KĂŒche fehlte die Klimaanlage, die aber zum GlĂŒck in jedem Zimmer vorhanden war. Unser Fazit: Eigentlich ein tolles Haus in einer Super-Lage, aber es gab einfach zu viele negative Punkte. :-(

Traumhafte Lage

Eine sehr schön gelegene großzĂŒgige Anlage. Gute Ausstattung. Ruhige. Die Anfahrt ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Gute Lage zwischen Solenzara und Porto vecchio. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaubsort

Ein sehr schönes Haus - ideal fĂŒr mehrere Familien - mit tollem Blick ĂŒber das Meer. Wir waren drei Familien mit je 2-3 Kindern und die Aufteilung ist dafĂŒr ideal. So schön, dass wir gleich wieder gebucht haben.

Une vue et un calme incroyable !

Nous avons passé dans ce lieu un séjour idyllique. La villa offre une vue incroyable, une grande piscine avec un coin de verdure trÚs appréciable, avec une cuisine adaptée pour l'accueil d'une grande famille, ce qui était notre cas (2 couples + 6 enfants de 5 à 13 ans). Des salles de douche pour chaque chambre permettent à chacun d'avoir son indépendance. La terrasse supérieure est trÚs reposante, la localisation est parfaite, à l'abris de toute nuisance sonore. Toute la famille a adoré, nous la recommandons vivement !
