House Guidelines:
Footwear Policy:
Kindly refrain from wearing shoes indoors.

Pool Safety:
Always ensure adult supervision when children under 18 are in the pool area. The host unequivocally disclaims any and all responsibility for incidents, accidents, or injuries that may occur in the pool area or anywhere in the premises. It is strictly prohibited for any guest to engage in activities that may pose a risk, including in the pool area. Guests must not interfere with pool heating or pump equipment outside the enclosure.

Parking Instructions:
Ensure safety, privacy, and comfort by always parking your car under the carport with the gate closed. Reserve the driveway for guests only. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Neighbor Relations:
Avoid loud music or shouting in the backyard and pool area. Loud music is strictly prohibited.

Temperature Control:
Adjusting the thermostat below 73 is not permitted for proper AC system operation.

Safety devices:
For the assurance of both hosts and guests, cameras are activated by movement in these locations:
1. Ring bell & above garage door facing street.
2. Carport facing entrance.
3. Garage facing garage door.
4. Backyard facing pool equipment.
5. Back right corner facing second wood gate.

Grill Usage:
If using the grill, ensure it's cleaned. Replace empty propane tanks, and reimbursement will be provided.

Streaming Channels:
Subscriptions to Netflix and HBO Max cannot be shared legally. Guests must use their own accounts.

Pool Maintenance:
The pool is serviced every Thursday.

Trash Disposal:
Consolidate trash into containers on the right side. Place bins curbside on Tuesday evening and bring back under the carport on Wednesday evening. Please note there is a penalty of $80 for non-compliance.

Guest Access:
Entire home and pool are accessible. The garage is not for parking cars.

Booking Terms:
Maximum occupancy is 5 people. No events or gatherings exceeding the limit. External visits not allowed without prior host writing approval.

Home Suitability:
Not suitable for groups under 25 or pets. No parties or events allowed.

Supplies:
Initial starter pack provided. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating available at $25 per day expect for stay above 15 days. Must be booked before arrival. Guest tampering prohibited. Maximum setting temperature is 84F but pool temperature is dependent of weather condition.

Bike Use:
Bikes available for use free of charge.

Report damage within 2 days of check-in!
